I came in last night. Picked up my mom’s order and then waited for mine. Girl behind counter stated they couldn’t find my order. Turns out I’d placed it at the wrong location. The one guy told me I would need to call the other DQ have them cancel and refund the order and then replace the order at their location. I told them it was okay I would just drive to the other location ( it was about 10 minutes). The manager (her name started with a B) came over and told me that it was okay she could just make the blizzard here. I told her it was okay that I could go to another location. She assured me it was OK and then made my blizzard. And- to top it off- she added a huge dollop of whip cream on top of it!

Walked here from my son’s house. Ice cream was as good as expected. I really liked the seating layout inside of the restaurant. We had my granddaughter in a stroller, easily found a spot to park it behind our booth. Really nice place.

Wow. We ordered a Reeses PB Cup blizzard through the drive thru. When we got home we realized it was actually a pecan blizzard of some type. Unfortunately we have folks with tree nut allergies so we couldn’t eat it. I contacted the store and spoke with Becky and asked if I could come back and get a replacement. She apologized profusely and is delivering the correct order herself to our house! THAT is going above and beyond. Terrific customer service. (As a side note: she also asked that we be sure to tell them every time we order that there is a tree nut allergy so they can guarantee that never happens again.) This store is top notch and we will definitely be returning on a regular basis!

Will NEVER go to this location again. My children were screamed at by a worker while we were sitting at our table. The worker heard laughing and ASSUMED someone was laughing at her. She felt it was appropriate to scream “I’m Non-Binary!!” At my children. I could care less about pronouns or sexuality….not my business, but it was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional to scream at my family!

This location is so frustrating. Just moved to the area and this is the closest DQ to us. The three times that we’ve gotten blizzards here, they are not mixed hardly at all and at least one is missing toppings. EVERY time. S’mores without chocolate pieces, toppings that were paid for and never put into the blizzard. Just aggravating. Will drive further from now on to go to a different location.
