There have been probably about 10 to 15x over the last year that I’ve gone here to grab something for my wife and I. The usual is that they are out of chocolate ice cream. That doesn’t even surprise me anymore. Tonight, they couldn’t make 2 of the blizzards that were on their largest picture on the menu, but then they were also out of chocolate sauce AND marsh mallows, so they couldn’t make a third either. This place has gone WAY down hill since my wife and I met here 8 years ago. If you REALLY want to go there, I’d probably just start your order by asking what they actually DO have, and somehow creating your meal from whatever leftovers they list.

I ordered a salad but they had no dressing just dipping sauce. I canceled my food order and just got a Blizzard which is always good. It was 45 minutes to closing when we got there. The drive through line was long so we went in. When we got in, there was one couple already waiting that had been standing there for 5 to 6 minutes before being greeted. Service was slow and there were multiple people that came in after us that were upset they had to wait so long to get food.

It took the lady to get a chocolate shake twice, for she didn’t use chocolate ice cream. She used vanilla ice cream, then added chocolate syrup, and it was not mixed up at all chocolate syrup was still on the bottom of cup. They did make the next one with chocolate ice cream much better.

So, its been a summer challenge for me to find a chocolate peanut buster parfait on my first order. 8 times now this summer at 3 different locations I have ordered this and each time I order they say the chocolate is out or its broken or its expired. Once I caught them serving a chocolate cone after they told me the chocolate machine was broken. I saw them hand the cone out the window. When I challenged them they said the machine broke last night, then I pointed out what I saw, at that time they tries to change my now vanilla parfait to chocolate. ” no thank you, I dont want any luggies in my ice cream” I dont believe in stereo types usually, buttttt this one has come to fruition to many times. Its a game now. And, I have seen less flies in a dump!

Food was good and service was okay. I asked for small drinks and they gave me medium and charged me medium. The seats and floor seem to always be an after thought, I think this is probably due to not having enough staff. Overall a pretty good visit.

Our service was quick, and it tasted good, but when we tried to find a place to sit, there were no clean tables. The floor was filthy with shredded napkins and straw wrappers, which should have been cleaned up before the two, who were working behind the counter, decided to take a break and sit in a booth that was in full view of all of the mess. I don’t want this place to close, however, I will think twice about going there again because it was so dirty.
