I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff. You could tell she definitely doesn’t like her job and sure didn’t want to be there. When I went to the restroom I was really surprised that a worker didn’t wash her hands after using the restroom. The fries were cold and the chicken strips were really dry.

Stopped and ordered a $7.79 chicken sandwich at 10:00 pm. They close at 11:00 pm. I waited 15 minutes for my food in a parking spot. They had time to cook “FRESH” fries while they cooked my chicken but I got the old fries from about 5:00 pm apparently. They where cold and so hard I couldn’t chew them. My chicken sandwich was just a little bigger than a McNugget. Don’t go here. It’s overtaken by unaccountable teenage girls that don’t give a dang what kind of reviews they receive. Terrible food!! I wish I could post my video of me breaking a fry. It sounds like a pencil breaking. Pics do nothing do justice!!

First time here and the service at the drive thru was rude, my order was never read back to me, ordered single patty cheese burger with Mayo, lettuce tomato and onion, onion rings with ranch. Smores blizzard was handed to me messy and without a lid. Did not get my ranch had to park and go inside and ask 2 people before I finally got my ranch. Burger was served with cheese, Mayo and pickle only..

The only thing I get from DQ is their cheese curds as a treat for myself somtimes after a hard/long day at work. They are very good! But I have always asked for marinara and have never received it even once and I don’t want to wait in line again or go inside, it’s just almost a shock that it’s been forgotten every time /I go here about once a month/ have been for 2 years, 24 times about they have forgot it haha

I absolutely loved this DQ. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. It’s first one I’ve been to with tvs on and that staff brought food to the table. It was very clean and so well organized.

Ordered through drive thru about 10minutes ago. I just got home and unwrapped my #9. I specifically asked for no sauce… And yet there it is on the cheese burger. Thanks, I hate it.

There were three times as many employees as customers. The fries were very hot and clearly fresh. Both burgers were wrong (no tomato, please, etc), but fixable, fresh and hot. If the cashier had not been busy reading his smart watch, the order may have been right. The food (2 burgers & fries) took 13 minutes to get to our table. We were the only two customers in the restaurant.
