Terrible. After asking specifically for extra in a blizzard and paying for it (as in our last experience they only mixed it halfway down and then straight ice cream) and my wife’s shake was extra extra extra thick (showed the clerk the text lol ) to be completely disappointed. 30 minutes later. Yes, 30 minutes for 2 medium blizzards and a shake that was water. I had to apologize to the other customers for interrupting their experience just to get the clerk to even get us our ice cream after it had gotten made. Terrible. Didn’t even want to go back in to have it corrected. Will never go back. Luckily they’re that close to a dispensary where everyone is stoned and has the munchies. It won’t let me post pictures of my vanilla ice cream cup half way down again.

This is the BEST DQ I have ever seen. Beautiful clean store. The service was IMPRESSIVE. Our server was very knowledgeable and pointed out the deals that were currently going one. our food was hot and speedy. EDITED from a bad review to a good review for one MAJOR reason being the phone call from the store. They listened to my issue and assured me changes are in place. It took guts to call an unhappy customer and I commend Julie for making the call. Mistakes were made on both sides. Somehow my order got under Grubhub and not the store directly. That started the confusion. I have talked to corporate and the store and I feel this is an isolated incident. We have been to this store a minimum of 30 times since they opened and ALWAYS received excellent service. Our new fav is the Oreo cake. I will be back within the week.

I love DQ but this location has HORRIBLE service. After several attempts with them, the same situation occurs every time. We wait at the counter for 10+ minutes before anyone attempts to help us. Last time, several people including us finally just left since no one would take our order. They were not even busy. The girl at the counter actually left to go to the drive thru with another staff member and just never returned. Never said a word. They definitely need to train their staff because the only one I ever see doing their job effectively is the cook.

When ordering I knew I should have left the person was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by me ordering 2 meals. The ice cream tasted soured I stopped eating it because I was honestly concerned. The chicken and fries were ok but they are chicken tenders and fries it is hard to mess those up.

6:30 on a Friday night. There was one car in the drive through, and no customers in the whole restaurant. I ordered a small blizzard to go and it took 11 minutes to get because the girl who made it let it sit behind the counter and nobody bothered to notice the one customer standing there still didn’t have the one small thing I ordered lol.
