Went here for an after-dinner ice cream treat. The products were fine, service was good, and the location was large, clean, & spacious. But the complete lack of any social distancing or wearing masks by employees was remarkable in this current day and age. Very surprised by this.

There was a smell in this restaurant. The lady at the register that took my order was nice. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get our food. It was not a good tasting burger. While ordering another customer had brought his sandwich back up to the counter because it was severely overcooked.

We went thru the drive-they. We asked that the light be turned on on the screen as it was full dark. We placed our order and pulled up to the window. We were asked if we had ordered yet and had to tell them again what we ordered. We were given our total and paid. Several minutes later, we were given the dilly bar and the attendant left the window without saying anything. Four or five minutes later we honked our horn because we could not see anyone working on our blizzard. At that point the attendant came back to the window and told us they couldn’t get the kid off the peanut butter and it would be a bit longer. We asked if we should pull up because there were a couple of cars behind us. She said she guessed we probably should. It was another five minutes before the blizzard was brought to us. In the meantime, the car behind us had pulled up to wait for their order. I had also finished my ice cream which I guess is a good thing because it gave me time to write this note while my companion eats his ice craM. My grandchildren don’t like to come to this DQ anymore because our orders are usually jacked up. Sorry, but service at this location is terrible. A rating of two stars is generous.

Stopped about 6:00pm, Tuesday, April 9th. I gal waiting on people, and she asked another gal to help, but she didn’t know what the guys number, #15! People in front of us had move over. The other gal just walked away. And so did we! We went to Golden corral! Awesome food and…. great service!

Bathroom was very dirty and unkept. Ordered a child’s meal chicken strips, gray hair found on those. Was handed a blizzard, server did not do the tip test. Did not receive a receipt to show I had ordered one when paying for my meal. The tables were dirty, customers were wiping off their tables with napkins in order to have a clean table to eat at including ourselves. Overall, blizzard was thick and good.

Went to this DQ for the second time. Google says they chose at 10. Young lady working closed and LOCKED the door behind me, right in another couple’s face. I walked in the restaurant at 8:40/8:45 PM. She then told 2 other couples that they closed at 9 on week days. When we walked in they had cleaning supplies all over the store. The food was not that great this time. It all seemed slightly under cooked. Young man who was also working tried to close the gate between restaurant and gas station with people in it. I know these young people were trying to get stuff done to go home but that is no excuse for closing the doors early and refusing service to people before close time.

No one knew how to do their jobs tonight including the manager.. the staff was very rude! Got told we couldnt have what we ordered at first bc “they didnt know to to ring it up” . Order was messed up not once but TWICE! half our order was missing, when manager was told about it, she still didnt fix it until 2nd time of goin up to counter.. food was cold and soggy and we waited 20 mins!!

This was by far one of my worst experiences. I had planned on grabbing a quick bite from my local DQ here in Chillicothe. Packed my wife and son up and took a drive. Ordered our food, got to the 2nd window. The girl then told me to pull up to the front of the store and they would bring it out to me. Why did I need to pull up with no one behind me? Nevertheless, I did which I’m not necessarily complaining about. I expected a good burger(granted it’s fast food) and got a burger poorly wrapped, on a soggy grease soaked bun. Not only mine but my wife’s as well. Threw the food in the trash and went to Mcdonald’s. I’m not sure if this was due to it being night shift or they just didn’t care but I am very dissatisfied.

Terrible terrible terrible. Worst visit I’ve ever had. The burgers weren’t made correct, they tasted kinda cold and old, my blizzard was as thin as a frappe running over the sides, my moolate was literally a iced coffee if not thinner. I’ve seen thicker ice water. There was no napkins and the good was a mess and very terrible. I use to love dairy Queen until I ate in chillicothe. Terrible.
