When going through the drive-thru in the summer and ordering a chocolate dipped ice cream cone, I EXPECT, since my home thermometer stated it was 107.1 degrees outside, the customer service employees would wait until the VERY LAST SECOND to make and dip my ice cream cone so that it ISN’T melting profusely, thru the chocolate shell, all down the side of the cone IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. I DON’T think I’m wrong here.

The drive was tricky for us but the food was great! Coming from Michigan, it’s a shock to see gravy with our chicken strips! Haha.

Ordered 2 triple cheese burgers and a single…2 fries and cheese curds. Didn’t get my cheese curds…git charged for them. I called store and they insisted they were in the bag. NO THEY WERE NOT. Not happy after waiting 20min in drive thru!

Ice cream is always good, but the line can be kinda long sometimes, but that’s because it’s the closest DQ to a lot of us.

Our 2 “baskets” of fries ($4.50) were dismally filled, the boxes looked almost empty. The manger was kind enough to give us 2 extra large fries ($2.69 each). We weighed the difference when we got home and it was .5 ounces. Needless to say, unless the “baskets” are filled all the way up the charge for them shouldn’t be nearly twice as much. I took pictures for reference. We love DQ but were very disappointed. This is the second time this has happened.

Usual DQ experience. I had a sundae while I was killing some time. Place was busy and noisy.

I work here at the local Dairy Queen, and the past experiences I’ve had with this place are splendid. If they mess up your order, you will have your name written down and your meal will be remade. The wait is usually short, but can get long if the place is packed. If your wait was very long, you may be asked if you would like to receive a coupon for you next possible visit. The staff are friendly and open to questions. The food is great and the ice cream greater.

It’s got to be the worst dq in the country, they are definitely not dq standards.
