Love this location. They were so sweet tonight (reassured me it was ok to be picky about my blizzard ingredients and gave our dog a pup cup) so I thought, “I should review them so as much as we come!” We come 1-2 times a month when we have a sweet tooth. My wife and I stop here about once a month. We get a medium blizzard, small blizzard, and a vanilla cup for our little one. Went there today, had two people in front of us in the drive thru, and waited nearly 20 minutes. Tonight, we received a mini and a small blizzard instead of small and medium, and our ice cream cup was pretty much liquid when we got it. Not happy.

I waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes when I finally got my food after no acknowledgement about the long wait. My fries were cold.b so I went inside to get fries that were hot was told another 5 minutes on fries. I’ve already spent my whole lunch in drive thru and didn’t have anymore time to wait. This location has scammed customers for over 2 years. The happy hour banner is just for show, they have never honored this advertising. Every time I have ordered happy hour products, they have charged full price. When confronted about the over charges they say we don’t do happy hour, even though the banner hung on the front of the store clearly stated that they do. For over 2 years they have overcharged customers for products through false advertising. To the amount of thousands and thousands of dollars. When confronted they act confused about happy hour and have to get a manager to enter the products into the cash register, even then over charging.

I’ve given this Dairy Queen location second chances but I think I have to say something after a number of unpleasant experiences. Last time I was ordering inside because the drive-thru line was crazy, and I got to see why- there were so many workers but the division of labor was horrible. There were drive thru orders sitting on the counter for dine-in, and there were multiple blizzards just sitting on the counter melting and not being served, maybe the blizzards aren’t made in the proper order??? The lady at the order pickup counter seemed so stressed and upset, and at one point she ran back and started making blizzards too. (But if there are idle machines, why didn’t someone fill in the spot earlier to help with all the waiting customers?)

Went there last night for some chicken strip baskets and a cupcake. Food was amazing. The employee was very sweet and patient when I was trying to figure out my app. Then when my baby spit up and was fussy the employee offered to help me carry my order to my car. Above and beyond service

Dairy Queen has become extremely expensive over the years, raising their prices astronomically seemingly every other time I go there. However, the food is still amazing. I go quite often, but I just wish they would lower their prices. $5 for a medium blizzard?? $8 for 4 chicken strips???

All of the food was good except they prepared the frozen sundaes first and then prepared the rest of the food. In turn the sundaes were melting by the time we received our meals.

This is thie worst restaurant…the ice-cream is always runny…we have to put in the freezer or it’s just a milkshake. Today they forgot half my order…I had to go back to get the rest of it and guess what?! They screwed up the rest of the order! Manager must not care at all because it is consistently terrible.

Plan to wait 10-15 minutes (when it’s slow) and they overcharge so make sure you watch the total price. Also not the cleanest. This area needs another ice cream place.
