I came in here for a vanilla cone. I think they were a bit short staffed, because I had to wait a few minutes for them to take my order. As soon as I ordered, it took about a good five minutes because it appeared that they were struggling at the drive-through.

Wow. Incredibly disappointing. Just got handed these and they did not pass they “flip.” Said flip caused the contents to leave the cup, and yet the employee still handed it to me messy. Really? Hardly DQ standard. For nearly $14 I expect much better. Returned for a refund. PITIFUL.

Twice I have been to this location, and have waited a total of one hour in the drive through. First time it was a bit understandable as it was busy. Like 8 cars in front of me. But the second time there were only TWO cars in front of me, and one person in the lobby. It still took over 20 min, and the truck in front of me only got a small blizzard! I myself only ordered a blizzard, and it came so melted, the woman didn’t turn it upside down. She knew it was ice cream soup. VANILLA ice cream soup, with a bit of unmixed blizzard ingredients on top. $8 and over 20 min of my time for a melted, unmixed, blizzard.

I swear the drive thru is the slowest in kc area…. its the slowest fast food ever! They start talking thru the speaker before you even get to it. Inside takes just as long. They are quicker if you’re getting food but plan to wait a while if you order ice cream… the ice cream machine broke when we got to the window. They train new hires on Saturday nights. The manager didn’t come out from the back for awhile. Lynn One of the girls that’s been here for awhile tried her best to help.

Order food for my crew and I and we were just unsatisfied. We wish the experience could’ve been better! The burgers were cold and had a weird taste, the blizzard was melted, might as well say chocolate milk with candy, the rotisserie chicken nugget had a spoil smell and awful taste like garbage, and the fries were soggy. The only thing that was enjoyed was the strawberry kiwi slush and the chicken strips. NEVER-AGAIN EXPERIENCE!

We usually only go to DQ for the blizzards. The meals are overpriced. We waited over 20 minutes for two blizzards the last time we were there. When they were handed to us, I had to flip them myself to make sure they were thick. The brownies in the ultimate brownie blizzard did not taste right. They were chalky. The New York Cheesecake blizzards is delicious though.

Waited a long time to have order taken. The employees all looked extremely miserable and no one was polite. When the server brought out our icecream, she literally dropped the tray at our table with a sour look on her face. She didn’t say anything and then walked away. As we were eating our icecream, I watched another family walk out stating that they will never come back. Worst service that I have seen in a long time.
