Great food but unfriendly or very shy staff. I am old school, when I go thru a drive thru, I expect a greeting, when I get to the window to pay, I expect a greeting….and a than you, when my food is delivered I expect a good bye, thank you, love you ‘mean it’…..I get, “start your order when ready “, window to pay ” repeat what I owe…..hands back card, ” need your receipt? ” and food is handed. Hire people who want to do their job is one comment I saw, and this is true as I ordered a chocolate chip dough blizzard and just got a normal blizzard with chocolate chip? I didn’t even know that was offered on the menu. Dairy queens are good but this place has workers who don’t listen.

Hire people who want to do their job. I ordered the sauced and tossed chicken strips not chicken strips with barley any BBQ on them, which I got after I had to come back and get the right food . Could at least make my stuff saucy at that.
