This DQ was so cute and I was so excited to get ice cream and the girl working the cashier was so high she couldn’t even understand my order (which was water and a small blizzard). I repeated it to her twice and then she went to the back to get her coworker because she was confused. Her coworker came up and asked my order again then left to go to the back. After a while I had to leave because nobody would come up and take my order anymore (which was quite literally just a water and small blizzard). Very sad seeing as the lady behind me had a child with her who was witnessing this employees behavior.

This Dairy Queen sucks so bad don’t even try it. They lock the lobby so they don’t have to service inside orders and then the drive thru wraps around the building so you can’t even pull into the parking lot because they take forever

I rated 1 star on every aspect because of the forgetful, disrespectful, unsanitary and childish staff, I watch my food sit on the counter for 15 minutes as the staff was rough housing, hitting each other with cups only for the woman to yell at me through the drive through with vulgar language I will not be returning an i encourage others to do the same

I came here today and ordered through the drive through. It was taking a while and I was getting frustrated but my frustration stopped as soon as I realized there was only one girl working. I would give 5 stars if I was talking only about Brooke (the girl working). However the 3 stars are because of the management. I don’t know the full story, people may have called out leaving only her. However what I do know is that Brooke should not have had to be the only one working. Her positive attitude was very admirable and she managed to get us our food in a timely way considering she was taking drive through orders and dine in orders at the same time. Hopefully this is not a regular occurrence otherwise I most likely won’t be supporting them again.

The young man working the drive thru was very friendly & apologized for having a hard time hearing me when I placed my order. My $5 chicken strip lunch was much more disappointing. My fries were cold, stale, & scarce. My chicken strips were teeny tiny. Overall a really dissatisfying lunch.

Any time I come to town I try to stop here since Junction City and Ft Riley don’t have one. It reminds me of my childhood in the south. There was a bit of a mix up with my order last time I came through, but they fixed it.
