Have been here several times in the past couple of months. The staff is nice but incompetent, as my order is almost always wrong. This I can overlook. Finding foreign objects in my food, however, is something I can’t overlook…. On my last visit (drive thru, 8-10) I requested onions be added to the burgers I ordered, along with some ranch, both of which were missed when taking my order. I noticed that the onions were not notated on the receipt and mentioned it to the gentleman who handed me my blizzard. The gentleman simply said “okay” and seemingly did nothing else, as the onions were still missing once I got my food. I turned around, parked, and went inside, informing one of the staff members of the missing items. The gentleman takes my bag and returns it a couple of minutes later. Upon quick inspection, it appears they opened the existing burgers and added onion, which made me weary. I get home and open one of my burgers to find chunks of fat (or who knows what – see included pictures) in the middle along with the onions. I can only assume the employees deliberately put that there in an act of spite for simply mentioning missing items. Needless to say, I threw away all of my food, as I wasn’t sure what else they could have done to my other items. The fact that such a thing can happen in the first place is outrageous, but I’m even more irate that it happened after being so polite and respectful when mentioning the missing items. I’m still awaiting a refund and response from the restaurant while I review legal action/options. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND going here.

Came in tonight at about 10 or so and the kid on headset picked up and said they would be with me in a moment, not 2 minutes later my order was taken and I was out of there in less then 5 minutes. I have never seen such happy teens then the ones working tonight, you can tell they are a team. I ordered 2 ice creams and the kid said “I need x y and z” and the rest of them did it. I have never seen such a happy team in the time I have been there definitely makes me want to go back. They were busy but took the time to make get me napkins and a cup of ice. really makes me hopeful for the future, those kids are hard workers.

Went there about 30 minutes before closing time and the drive through lights were off. Went inside and after hearing the staff talk amongst each other it was clear they were ready to get out of there. Burgers were stale and unappetizing.

I love their ice creams! Especially the hot fudge sundae was super delicious. Great variety of desserts, drinks and burgers and sandwiches! I never had crowded, feel so comfortable. I like this store because less crowded! They opened inside of the tables, I prefer to eat inside. Most of the time, they cleaned up all the tables. Feel so clean and comfortable to eat inside.

The store looked nasty through drive through window. Fries were old and nasty. Waited for over 10 minutes had to repeat order 3 times because the little girl wouldn’t listen. I will go to third street from now on. The customer service is horrible and they can’t take a drink order right. A sweet tea was ordered and a non sweat was given. My family will never be back. Horrible experience!

Despite being short staffed, the employees work their hardest to get food and blizzards out as fast as possible. They are always polite, kind, and pay attention to my orders. During my visit there tonight was a client that was very rude to the workers for no reason, and the workers were so polite and patient. A little kindness and consideration goes a long way. If you know a place is short staffed right now, avoid it at high volume times or be okay with waiting.

The food is always awesome. The fries are always salty. The drive thru can be slow at times when no one else is in line. But it doesn’t stop us from going back whenever we crave a sweet treat.

I’m not going to lie, I used to come here a lot and enjoyed the food/service. I came here two days ago, and it seems the place is struggling. Although the workers tried to be polite, they couldn’t get my order right because they couldn’t hear me through the drive thru mic, then once they knew what I wanted they took extremely long to get the food out. The food was thrown in the bags and boxes, like everything was everywhere inside them. We did enjoy our food because it was hot, hence the 3 stars, but once we got home, each of us (4) became sick. I don’t think there was a single adult out of the 6 people I saw through the drive-thru window . Anyway, be cautious if you’re thinking of eating there. Sorry, DQ, I love you, but that day was not your best.

Pulled into the parking lot at 9:37, Waited in line with 2 cars ahead of me. Took so long that the 2 cars ahead of me finally left, Then didn’t answer me until 957. When I tried to order food they told me they. No longer serving food Was so frustrating I just left. I will absolutely not be Returning to the store ever again.
