Too difficult to do it right. My wife and I hit the drive thru for two Bllizzards. One small and one large. They messed up 50% of the order. One of the Blizzards was supposed to be the Blizzard of the month, Mint chocolate blah blah… It came out all minty green on top. I got home and took off the lid. You could see some of the dark green syrup. About 4 spoonfuls in, all the mint ran out. Nothing but white, relatively flavorless ice cream with chocolate chunks. I guess that is what you get for your $11 now. Goodbye DQ, hello Sheridan’s.

The lobby of this location is still closed but the drive thru was open. I needed a birthday DQ Sheet cake. I was able to order through the drive up. They were so pleasant and helpful. It was ready on the day I needed it. It was beautifully frosted and the handwriting was perfect. The drive up line was long on pick up day. They were very apologetic but so pleasant. I hope everyone who has to wait is kind to them as they are doing the best they can.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. We have been there three times and they never have what we want. They always say we just ran out. So today I call them, they answer the phone “yeah” I thought maybe I called the wrong number. I asked is this Dairy Queen he goes yep. I asked do you have the buster bars, he goes nope just ran out. I will never return to this location, you will sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Several cars left without ordering while I was there today including me. The owner needs to be present at his place of business or shut it down.

Waited in the drive through line for 5 minutes and no one came over the speaker to take our order. Tried to pull away to go somewhere else and had to wait behind two cars. The service here is terrible. The staff are not friendly when I’ve come here in the past.

I ordered a regular DQ ice cream cake, and this is what I got. Don’t order a cake from this location. I called corporate and they said they emailed whoever runs the DQ at this location, but I haven’t heard anything from them, and I know I won’t (it’s been a month now).

I don’t even know how this place is still open I don’t even know how any of these people still have a job or no one’s getting fired they oughta just closed it down everytime I go it’s always closed or not enough staff to even open the doors I don’t understand this place you figure for the side of town it’s on that would be highly respectful and actually get business done know half the time they can’t even open the door I don’t know how many times I’ve been there and it said due to understaffing we cannot open until later in the afternoon …I DON’T GET IT… Stopped going MONTHS AGO

Went through the drive-thru. Staff seemed annoyed to take our order. Burger was cold and the fries were ancient. The blizzards we ordered were half-melted soup. My coke had a mummified moth stuck on the inside. Won’t be coming back.

Honestly if I could give a negative star review I would… this is by far the worst visit I have had! Went through the drive through about 9:00pm tonight on 9-26-21 we had ordered our food and we had asked for ranch. When we got home our ranch was not edible it jiggles like jello and it smelt expired! Another thing was we didn’t get toast in our chicken strip baskets either! I either want to speak with management when someone actually answers the phone or maybe they slack on that to, they weren’t busy when we went and I know that they can answer phones! But I either want a full refund or something because this is ridiculous! Mind you I don’t think ranch is supposed to look like that. So what do you have to say for yourselves Dairy Queen!
