I enjoy going here really never have a problem Sept for a couple times. But went through drive and order a 6 piece chicken strip. When I got home I opened the boxed and realized it was a 4 piece. So I called back up to the store and let them no. And the guy said come back up and Ill replace the 6 piece I said okay. So I went through drive and got the 6 piece that was replaced the guy through the box in my face and slammed the drive through window. This was the GM Guy the boss that did this. What boss does this to a customer. Very bad service. I have decided that this Dairy Queen place makes me feel unwelcome. So they have lost another customer. I will not order from this establishment ever again.

I like this place not just because my daughter and several other friends work here. Blizzards are great. The loud female with the lisp needs to learn how to be quiet and the dude vaping should go outside though. It would be nice of some of the crew to either chip in and help when others are busy or at least wipe the tables off. No one should ever have to sit at a dirty table there.

Super weird experience today, honestly probably the worst. They took our order just fine, hand the person in front of us their food, we pull up to window and wait 15 minutes. Someone brings our food to the window, sets it down and walks away, mind you we haven’t been greeted or been able to pay, we waited another 5 minutes while our food sat on the window counter getting cold, still no one came to the window to help us so we left. Really weird experience, definitely wasn’t worth that wait.

First, the site I was given for more information didn’t work. I will describe my experience here. My husband and I stopped at Concordia to get a bite to eat before we continued home. I was greeted by a male employee with his head down on the cash register. I waited a couple of minutes and said, “Excuse me, three times, and no response. Only when a second male employee came up did the other one wake up. The bad thing was it seemed he fell asleep taking a drive thru order. He stammered and said into the headset that can you repeat that order, I’m having trouble with my headset. Never greeted properly by the 2nd one, just what did we want to order. The wait time was ok. I was disappointed with the burger as it was way over cooked, dry, and tasteless. They put a lot of big chunks of onions on it, some being as big as 1-inch slices. They also put a handful of pickles on it. I like pickles, but 12 was too much. The fries were done in old oil, and they forgot my husband’s shake. They allowed a customers kids to run around the restaurant, yelling and screaming, playing tag. The restaurant was dirty, and there were so many flies inside. Landing on us, landing on our food. We ended up throwing most of our meal away as it was not very tasty, and we couldn’t keep the flies away. I won’t be stopping there again.

I was there a couple weeks ago. Ordered two chocolate shakes and and a small dish of vanilla with dq sprinkles. They used an obviously empty can of whip cream on the shakes and charged me WAY TOO MUCH for less than half coverage of sprinkles. I asked about both and was told they could fix it but there was a charge for extra whip and that’s how they do sprinkles.
