I was just in the drive thru and imagine my dismay when I stumbled into the lobby looking to sauce my life up, only to find out the sauce is .49¢ for a lil packet. They offered me a free ketchup that of course I accepted. I drove all the way home and climbed my flights of stairs to find out my little sisters bread was stale with her chicken & then to find out as a cherry on top, my third patty on my triple A.1 burger wasn’t even there. A true shame and I will not be back.

Ordered the chicken strip basket. Wasn’t to busy. Waited a bit for my food. When I received it, everything was warm not hot at all. The Texas toast was only toasted on the one side. Was rather disappointed. The only good thing was the chicken strips were not dry and the drink I got was cold without ice.

Big problems with this DQ today. My fiancée was very clear while ordering a Reece’s & Cookie Dough blizzard, and a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard. We waited in line longer than 15 minutes, paid $11 for the blizzards and $12 for a box of Buster Parfait bars, plus a pup cup, for about $24 total. Not only was the order wrong (she received just a plain cookie dough blizzard, not the special), but the pup cup she paid for was served in a black ketchup cup and about the size of a thimble. Plus, everything was completely melted by the time the drive thru advanced us to the window. It dripped everywhere and was a total mess. The blizzards were so melted that no one held them upside down! They would have spilled everywhere had they done so. So not only was the service very slow, but they made the order incorrectly, made it too early so it melted, and it cost a fortune. I don’t think I’ll ever go here again. Buyer beware.

The new chicken strip flavor sweet and spicy is solid. It has just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The chicken strips with gravy was already a solid part of the DQ menu. The service is usually pretty decent and the blizzard was tasty as always. Only misses was the lobby had not been cleaned in a while and I guess I should have asked for toast with my butter. But in my defense I did not know the chicken strip basket came with butter, lol. Hey DQ make sure they actually toast the bread.

Out shopping and decided to stop and this was the Worst Dairy queen I’ve been too, the place was dirty the chili on the Chili dog was nasty I’ve had canned chili that taste better it took about 20 minutes to get our food the staff was very friendly i will give them that but we WILL NOT be back.

Oh no they didn’t. Haven’t been here in quite a while. Now I realize why. I ordered the chicken strips. Can we just say I almost broke a tooth trying to eat one. They used to be so good and tender. What happened DQ? So disappointed. On top of that, the Texas toast what a joke. Just check out the photo. Was the toaster broken or was there just a little laziness going on here? You be the judge.
