Ordered a cake batter blast, and an Oreo brookie blast, paid for them, got to the window and they told us they were out of both. And that the manager was gone and couldn’t refund the money. At some point during this, the manager showed up with the key and they got the ingredients to finish making our blasts. They were good, but it was a hassle that did not need to happen.

I have never in my life had a more disappointing cheeseburger. It was like eating the flavor of air with a little bit of A1 sauce and the crunch of an onion ring. That was the only flavor to be had. Saddest cheeseburger ever. Service was good and fries are tasty.

We had a pleasant experience in the drive through, although they had run out of what my bf ordered. We had left another local restaurant that sells “ice cream” after a terrible experience and getting our money back so we were glad for patience, professionalism, and some laughter.

The food was good, it came out fresh and fast. The staff was very friendly, great customer service. Just could use a new ice cream freezer that you can see by the register. And a good scrubbing in the lobby and on the fountain would be nice. All in all a nice place to visit.

This restaurant deserves less than a star. My family and I just had the worst experience that we have ever had at a fast food establishment. The entire staff, including management, were extremely unprofessional and rude. This was also after it took 4 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there, then another 2 until we were able to order.
