My wife and I have gone twice to this location and we will not be going back. Food was old, service was slow and not overly courteous, things are not particularly clean, food comes out in to-go bags not trays, ketchup is by request in packets only. Not worth the money.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in tonight with my family. Ordered ice cream. When we walked in it appeared to only be young teenagers working. In the middle of ordering one of the workers apparently snuck in the back and scared other workers. They all started screaming. Everyone disappeared and I was still waiting on my shake. Then someone comes back and takes more orders. Another employer comes from the back and throws a dark red mixture on the employee taking orders. The mixture is now on top of his head, all over the wall, on the register, the counter and some splashed on a customer. After I finally got my shake I asked to talk to the manager. One of the people laughing at all of this said me. I didn’t feel like giving her feedback would matter at that point since she was a participant in the entire affair. Wow! This was crazy! Never going back there! Not until someone else is running the show at least.

I ordered a burger and onion rings. Took so long to make the onion rings that the burger got cold. Way under staffed poor kid in the kitchen was way too overwhelmed. I spent 20 minutes waiting on my food which I asked for a refund for. Because by the time I got a hot sandwich the onion rings were cold. Bad management

The reason I’ll never go to a Dairy Queen again. Got the cause that the cashier couldn’t type in a coupon code then the manager told us it must not be valid when the employee never typed it in. We received the blizzards already melted and with hardly any toppings. The inside and outside of this location was disgusting and gross. On top of this there was a negligent manager to dismiss it all. I WOULD AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Omg this place is horrible! The service is something you need 6 beers and a bag of popcorn to watch. The Manger is clueless. The kid took my order walked away than help the next people in line I had to ask again for a simple cone. She said something to the young man he openly laughed at her. Gads but atleast she got me my ice cream. So if you want entertainment but nothing to eat head right out there.

the workers kept talking into their headsets then laughing at my friends and i and were very rude, but a young lady named sophia was very polite and apologized for their poor behavior. it took about twenty minutes for two blizzards and fries, seemingly due to the workers spending too much time gossiping about customers and not making food.

Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch. Was in a hurry and started eating going back to work. I noticed at a red light my burger was not done, I hope I don’t get sick. Only reason why there’s 2 stars is because the fries were good.

This place is beyond filthy! Ants crawling on almost every window ledge. No lines and you still have to wait until they are ready enough to take your order? Let’s not talk about when you dine-in trying to have a good time with friends or family but the arguments between the employees not only overpower your voice but the music as well! Very unprofessional. You picked this job so do it! Also, employee working the register was digging in their ear then proceeded to make multiple orders without washing their hands. Trust me I was a child once (I’m not perfect) but if I acted in the manner of some of these employees my parents would’ve humbled me real quick.

Ordered 3 meals. Watched my order for 20 minutes sit there getting cold because these dense idiots refused to check any of the take out bags. THEN these dudes had the audacity to go get high in the backroom. FINALLY one of the high dudes came to ask me if I’ve got my order (he asked me beforehand, it was completed but didn’t bother checking). I feel awful about leaving this kind of review after coming from food service, but Jesus Christ how the heck do you not CHECK YOUR COMPLETED ORDERS FOR A PICK UP. On top of that, one of the employees tried saying she “asked me about my order and I didn’t tell her the right thing”??? HOW DO I GET MY OWN NAME AND PHONE NUMBER WRONG. Finally after receiving my order I didn’t receive any drink cups (despite ordering 3) and had to go back. Had to travel back just so I could fulfill the vague hope that my food MIGHT be warm. I would suggest avoiding this fast food location, but I imagine their competitors are also garbage.
