Took more than an hour to get my blizzard. Staff was frazzled, not sure what the problem was but orders were not being completed in order of when they went in. Groups were getting half of their food and then not getting the rest till 30 minutes later.

After we ordered we went to sit down, and we’re waiting for 20 minutes. We went up to ask if the food was ready and they hadn’t even started on it. It then took another 15 minutes for them to get our food out to us. The order was also wrong when they brought it out. If you want ice cream, they might do ok. Don’t order food here.

Very nice theater with a cool atmosphere in the lobby. Staff is great as well. Food from the “restaurant” is pretty disappointing. Priced like movie theater food, tastes like microwave food. I wouldn’t stray far from the popcorn.

I don’t usually write reviews on fast food resturants but we will never go here again. It is run by 20 high schoolers who have no idea what they were doing. Our blizzards came out sloppy and all over the cup and melted and falling out of the cup. My sons blizzard had a giant hole in the side of the cup and I asked them for a different one so he could hold it and eat it and they just dumped it into another cup right in front of me. When we were walking out a guy put a sign in front of the door that said that the lobby was now closed. There were a handful of people in there and a few in the drive through, I’d say moderately busy unsure why the lobby is suddenly closed. Everything was disgusting. Every table, the floor, the windows. So, if you want ice cream, go to culvers next door or any other ice cream place in Lincoln.

Put in an order via the app. Given a set time that my order would be ready I assumed that it would be ready by that time. It’s currently almost ten minutes after the set time that I was given and it’s still not ready. Do not quote times if you’re unable to meet the expectations that you’re setting.

I accepted a Door Dash order from this location last Sunday against my better judgment. Every time I come here, there is an excessive wait for the order, and this day was no exception. It was shift change time, so there were a ton of employees, but absolutely no one offering help to me or the paying guests that were waiting in line. Shout out to Isaac for staying clocked in to help all of us and actually acknowledging our presence. There needs to be an adult manager working to direct the children. I will avoid this place like the plague in the future.
