Needs management, drive thru extremely slow, if you go inside for an ice cream, you’re given a number, you wait 10 min. And there’s a dude just standing off to the side just watching…duuuude.. I just want two ice cream cones, that’s all, c’mon man, help your crew members!. Staff seems clueless.

Went to order food and the freezer continuously kept making a beeping sound that you could not get away from. Talked to 2 people who had zero idea what was going on. Including the manager. For having a new building they have quite a lot of water stains on the ceiling tiles. Service was ok at best.

Girl why are you getting annoyed with me when I asked you exactly if downgrading my drink would charge me lol… you said no don’t worry. Than your manager fixed it no issues when I asked. Learn that kind of customer service, hide your attitude or get out of the customer service jobs.

Terrible customer service. I went in to order a cake to be picked up the next day. When I went up to the counter I was ignored by two girls complaining about their schedule. A good four minutes later one of them finally turned to face me. She did not greet me just stood there for me to ask for what I needed. When I said I need to order a cake, she went to the back without saying a word. Finally, I worked with what I am assuming is the manager. As I was leaving one of the girls that was originally complaining about the schedule practically pushed me out of her way as she was leaving. I went back a couple days later to order through the drive thru… thought it was going to be a better experience as the drive thru lady who took my order was great. When I got to the window however I was greeted with a price total and after receiving my blizzards they turned away with not a single thank you or have a nice day.
