I wanted to get a nice treat for family. Ordered online and got to the store right at the time the app said my order would be ready. All three blizzards were basically soup because they obviously were made too soon and not properly chilled. In addition, two out of three had very little of the add ins they should have. So the bottom of the cup had nothing but vanilla ice cream. For $18 I expect better.

Excellent service. Food was hot and very tasty. We always have the chicken strip basket meal deal. They bring our sundaes to the table when we are ready for them. Best deal for the price. Highly recommend that you try this if you already haven’t.

DELIVERY DRIVERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I arrived to pick up an order and the ice cream was made before I got there, (2 blizzards) and then had to wait ANOTHER almost 15mins while the ice cream was obviously sitting out before I even got there. Common sense? Why was the ice cream even made if they knew the food was gonna take awhile? And what’s even more ironic a customer came inside after me and ordered chicken and got their chicken before me. All the employees were standing around. The lady at the counter, probably a high school kid, had 0 emotions. No communication about taking awhile, no apologies for the wait time, nothing, obviously didn’t care about customers. Said almost nothing to me the entire time.

Perfect place for day old fries and half charred burgers with way too much ketchup. You can get a refreshing afternoon iced tea, that was brewed 8 hours ago. The cashier that hates her life won’t even look at you as she hands you your chocolate Sunday that’s mostly syrup and mumbles something about a good day under her breath. 0/5 stars.

Super slow and workers didn’t seem to have any care about what they were doing. Just going through the motions. Bathrooms disgusting, especially for a newer building. Waited 10 mins inside and no one out of the 5 people inside helped. Left and went to drive through and still took 20 mins for 2 small ice creams. Probably need to have better management or supervision at night.

I went through their drive thru on 2/13/23 and ordered a shake, fry, and two plain bacon cheeseburgers. Normally I check my food in the lot, but due to just arriving after working all Sunday night and then driving 535 miles to Norfolk, I bypassed that step and went back to my hotel room.
