Seems like whenever we come to Wayne’s DQ, it’s immediately following an event, which would slam the local establishment. All the more reason to extend a 5 star to the staff here. Tonight went to get food from DQ everything went good until I pulled into the drive-thru. The employees were to busy cleaning and making sure they could leave as soon as possible. Never told me how long I had to wait although it was clear they knew I’d be waiting about 20 minutes. Usually have good service there but whoever was working tonight had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Also come to see they forgot some of my order along with getting one of the items wrong.
