This is the Absolute Worst DQ I Have Ever Been In. The Service is So…. Slow and 3 Drive Thru Cars Came and Went Before The Server Even Got Up Out of Her Chair to Make Our Ice Cream Treat Order. When She Finally Gave My Blizzard to Me It Was Melted So Much I Had to Give it Back and Ask Her to Remake it. I Do Now Understand Why There is Never Many Customers Here? I’m a Dairy Queen fan and this is a location I’ve gone to since I was a kid, nothing fancy about it but I still like going here however just like with most other places right now it can be kinda pricey for a family of five due to all the inflation but thats everywhere I guess…

Been coming to this DQ location for years now. Since they’ve remodeled I’ve noticed that they never clean! All the tables were filthy (when I say all I’m not exaggerating), trash was piled to the top of each can and the floors were dirty. Our ice cream was good but I definitely didn’t want to touch anything.

I am from out of town and stopped in on two separate occasions to order the steak finger basket and asked for an extra gravy. I was charged both times and when I got to my destination, the extra gravy was not there. The first time, I let it go, the second time I spoke with the manager. He was pleasant and assured me it wouldn’t happen again and that when I came through again, to stop by and he’d take care of me. Well, I went today and all that was done was the extra gravy was finally put in. I still had to pay for the meal. I dared not eat it because of fear that the employees may have tampered with the food. So three trips later, I am STILL a VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
