Usually I love Dairy Queen but this location just ain’t it. There was ice cream dripping down the side of the cup when I got it, the whipped cream was halfway falling off making a mess. I asked for extra topping and there was barely in it. I got the pumpkin pie blizzard and half of it was just plain vanilla ice cream. Really disappointing experience.

Everytime I come to DQ I have to pull up and wait on my order. So far 4 cars are pulled up from the drive thru and patiently waiting. The lady said she will walk it out. This is my last time coming to this location. This location is slow and only care about the timer and not customers time. The picture is me currently waiting in the parking lot for someone to bring my food. I have my drinks and not food smh ridiculous.

After having the worst day ever, my husband and I went to get Dairy Queen ice cream to feel better. The service was fairly quick, although not polite. however, I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the fudge was cold from the moment I got it. His oreo ice cream was melted and did not taste good at all. He loves Dairy Queen and this is the 3rd time he has gotten ice cream from there and said it was gross. We will not be returning.

Ordered from the app. We get there and all the workers were just standing around. When they finally came to see what I needed and told them I had made an order, then we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the food. It was only 2 burgers, chicken strips and blizzards. The food was really good but the service was way too slow.

They’ve always been so nice here. Just this morning, I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten my burger until I’d gotten to work, but when I came back later they were so kind and didn’t make it a big deal. I’m writing this review because of what happened earlier and my girlfriend says to me “post a review”. Not that I believe anything will come of it but here it is. I went to drive through at this location at 9:45pm August 30,2022. I ordered two of The Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe 1/3 lb.* double Signature Stackburger Large Size combos (NO pickles) and two large blizzards. Which came up to about $30 and some change. Get to pulled out the drive-through and started home. When my girlfriend checked the order. The fries wasn’t fully cooked. And both burgers didn’t have anything on it except. You guess it. PICKLES! One looked like it had bacon bits on it. Not Bacon… MF PICKLES and Bacon Bits I made a U-turn. It’s now 10:00 PM when I get back to the dairy queen and Everyone is gone. I drove us to get food from another drive-through. I plan on bringing everything back in the morning when they open for a full refund.
