This is the worst restaurant in Coushatta. Repairing all of the cosmetics on the building does not make a good restaurant. It’s very trashy and the food has become terrible again. All of the nice people working there always leave quickly. The manager, Janet was awesome. That’s the best thing I can say about this place. Myself and many others will go to Shelley’s Burgers instead. Or drive to a different DQ.

The burger was so loaded with condiments am so messy! There weren’t enough napkins in the world to get through the burger. I got grossed out and just discarded it. I looked forward to eating a burger there all week as part of a regular trip. Not looking forward to another visit.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order all twisted up at dairy Queen. Pretty decent little place here to eat and the prices sing better than most other fast food joints. And at least you get what you order.

Terrible and disgusting. If you’re from Texas do not even stop here. You’ll be disappointed. The cashier was sucking on her thumb. And didn’t quit when I asked her a question. They had visitors hangout at the front counter when I walked in. The cashier just looked at me instead of greeting me. The meat on my burger was nearly burnt so it had the tenderness of leather. And they didn’t put any pickles on my burger when pickles was the only veggie it was supposed to have.

The customer service at this particular Dairy Queen has declined. I usually love the food, but every single time I’ve came here in the past few months I have had less than a great experience; being charged for items I did not order, not receiving all my items, recieving items I did not order, and now a cold burger has driven me to write a review. The employees are very nonchalant and lack basic customer service skills. I hope this reaches management as I was excited to hear this location had new owners. I come here frequently between 7-8pm, but I am at the point of wishing there was another location that I could conveniently go to.

The restaurant is obviously old, but it’s clean. The young lady who took our order was friendly and efficient. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and it was brought to our table. It appears that the employees like working there and that’s important. We now plan to come here each time we come to visit my mom in the physical rehab center across the road!

This could possibly go down as the worst Dairy Queen in the US. Sit at the order menu outside for 8-10 minutes while employees are outside chitchattin havin a grand ol time. After ordering be ready for another 10-15 minute wait. Breathtakingly bad. If there was something besides the Burger King in town I’d be somewhere else.
