Very disappointed in the customer service here. I made a mobile order via the app in hopes that I could make it easier on the staff and being transparent, it’s 102 outside so I did not want to get out of the air and come inside. After waiting in the car line that moved slowly, when we got to the speaker we were told that we would have to come inside. Between her tone and the ridiculous response/ rule you have created, I’m not certain I will visit this location again.

2 different orders…both chicken was way undercooked. My kids ate this ugh!! So the manager said “they’re kids they’ll be fine” umm no sir! Then only wanted to refund ONE meal and not both even though BOTH are undercooked!!! And they’re pretty bad about undercooking their popcorn shrimp also. Won’t be coming back here ever!!! Absolutely ridiculous

It took them 45 min on a blizzard with almost no other customers inside to come to find out I get 3 min literally .9 of a mile the road and it’s all melted… I’m highly disappointed will never come back

I recently visited this location only because I received a gift card from some sweet church members. This was my second visit to complete the use of the gift card and I tried a new item on the menu but wasn’t entirely satisfied but that’s ok, at least there was no wait time lol. Where would I initially pulled up to the drive-thru there was a car line I thought it was going to take me forever to order what I wanted but I was patient enough to wait and what seemed like was going to be a long time was not a long time at all traffic moved pretty fast when I got to the window my food was there it was hot and the service was great it was a in and out situation No Doubt

So I am torn between a three and a four. This is why. So pulling up to the location your first instinct is to pull in the front of the location. OK this is not how it’s supposed to work there’s a side street that you take to get in the parking lot. Surprise if someone’s coming out of the parking lot through the front and you’re trying to pull in you are going the wrong way and you have no idea until you get in the parking lot. There should be some type of clear indication which direction to get in and out the parking lot because I sure did upset another customer trying to pull in a one way out. So I proceed in the store the parking lot is clean the inside of the store is extremely clean as well. These guys have done a great job keeping up this location. On to the food. The food is not quite what I expected it to be. I’ve never ate at DQ before and just assumed that it was going to be very tasteful. I was wrong I did not care for the fries nor did I care for the burger. It was not nasty I repeat not nasty I just didn’t care for it. I got a number for I believe and after I was finished I still feel hungry. I also think the lobby feels closed off instead of open. There’s walls ETC in the middle of the restaurant that you are unable to see over. It makes any area you go into eat feel like you’re in a little cubby. Overall it was not a bad experience. I would return to a DQ in the future. DQ would not be my first option though while looking for something to eat.

I had the worse experience. It took 45 minutes to get two chicken strip baskets. The employees were dirty looking and I went to get my ice cream and the girl was rude. I have always had good service till tonight. Other people around us had their order messed up.
