At the height of the pandemic, this location was seeing the worst labor shortage in its history. Those days are gone. This Dairy Queen is in full swing and the best it’s been in 20 years! The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The quality of both hot food and cold ice cream alike are what you would come to expect from the most veteran of Dairy Queen franchises. Stop in on a hot day for a Blizzard or spice it up with a hot and spicy burger!

We ordered a blizzard and it is my understanding that the DQ person is supposed to hold the blizzard upside down before handing it to us, however she DID NOT! First, I ordered a steak finger basket and they are out of steak fingers. So I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and specifically said at least twice that I DO NOT want mustard on my burger. So when I got my food, first, the fries were old and not hot. So I tapped on the drive through window before pulling forward. When I got the woman’s attention and started to tel her about the fries, she cut me off, yelled in the kitchen, “I need some HOT fries!!!” No apologies to me at all. After a while, someone different opened the window and gave me my fries. Again, no apologies. So I pulled around to eat my food, and voila, I see that my burger has mustard on it. Thankfully I had asked for some mayo packets so I was able to cover the mustard with mayo.

Took forever to receive items. Then had to request the whipped cream and cocoa fudge that comes standard on product unless requested not too.also no misty slush base. Was made from solid ice cream and couldn’t taste any coffee. Ordered 2 midnight mochas and received a very thick shake of what it tastes and looks like. Will be contacting either manager or owner.

Went to get a chocolate shake through the drive through, after my order I realized the lady taking orders left her headset on. She was complaining about the cars she had behind me and wasn’t very nice. The people behind me in their cars can hear what she is saying. When I made it up to the drive through window she was really sparky and barely put her arm out to give me afar I bought. I told her to have a good night and went to leave.
