I went to the one in Searcy. My family never was waited on. Waited about 20 minutes before walking out. Another family ahead of me walked out after waiting a long time and being ignored. They lost at least $ 60 in orders. The owner obviously doesn’t care. Won’t be back until there are drastic changes in the wat the store is run.

Every time i doordash something from here, it’s always messed up, extremely poorly packaged, or they ALWAYS forget something. i get messing up every now and then, but every single time? There’s an issue. I doordashed a s’mores blizzard and they put it in a BAG with no cup holder and it exploded all over me and all in the bag. it got all over my blankets and phone. never coming here again. please put some more care in your packaging and triple check that you’ve gotten everything correctly. i understand rushes and being busy, but that’s not an excuse every single time.

We walked in to order ice cream but we were TOTALLY IGNORED! The staff did not say hi or please wait or anything. We were not even acknowledged, so walked out. This was my first visit to this location since moving to Searcy. They didn’t give me any reason to come back.

This location is usually great. We usually get the 7 dollar meals. This is a great deal if you want a meal drink and dessert. I recommend this location if you enjoy great ice cream and great customer service. They let us taste the chili and it is one of the best side chili I have tasted at a fast food restaurant. The house ranch is good! My wife and I have been going to this location since it opened. We like to go as a cheap date and get out of the house. If you like a cheap date with ice cream I definitely would recommend. Still decent service and the gravy for the chicken strips is the best in town for a fast food restaurant.

This is the only location in town. I love blizzards so I ordered a large Oreo Cookie blizzard. Patient d for it and drove home. Wasn’t Oreo. Went back and literally saw the same clerk that helped me less than 10 minutes earlier and said it was cookie dough and wanted my receipt.
