They could be bit more friendly. Our ice cream came out first, which I think is fine so if you want it after food I would them. I don’t mind waiting for food because that means it is fresh so I wish people would stop complaining about this! Over all food was perfect! But again DQ please flash a smile now and again but appreciate staff for working!

Service wasn’t bad: It was slow but everyone was nice. The facility was so loud, and the wifi wasn’t getting more than one bar. Tables were dirty, and one booth was very broken. All the kids ordered different ice creams, but every one of them said they had a “weird” aftertaste. My husband said it reminded him of something “musty or old.” They were all bad enough that out of everyone ordered (there were 7 of us), noone finished more than half of a single treat before throwing it away.

As a Schneider driver we should be able to walk inside to get food at 8:00PM. The gate entrance from the store side was closed and the door was locked. A Dairy Queen employee told me that they were drive thru only which mean I couldn’t get anything.

Traveling through not very good customer service the tea was awful from the machine. No other sugar free options.the burger was just ok. The bacon wasn’t cooked good. And of coarse no side options for people eating keto diets or any other types of diet restrictions.
