Staff was too busy flirting with co workers to acknowledge customers. Blizzards at this location aren’t mixed all the way through and are usually runny. There’s another location in arvada, that was is worth the few minute extra drive.

Great place for younger people to start making money on their own. With that being said there is always areas to grow and be better. Good place for treats and they are typically quick. This location is pretty slow when it comes to other food. I would not call it fast food at all. We will continue to eat here to support local business and our community just not unless we have a lot of time to eat.

I have been a customer for over 26 years to this location love this place, however more employees than customers and still got my order wrong and had to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes then I had to go inside and still waited another 10 minutes for the wrong burger… it was a very simple order, why did I spend 1/5 hour in this place?!?! I get better service from craptackuller taco bell…

The last last few times I went and got blizzards at this location they were barely ice cream. It was so melted and mushy it was more like soup. I don’t know if their machines are not functioning properly or what, but I’ve been disappointed every time I’ve been to this location over the last couple years. This is a busy location so they sometimes have long wait times. Customer service wise it’s a hit or miss. I’ve dealt with both friendly staff, as well as rude staff that seemed inconvenienced by me being there.

Dairy Queen has always had great desserts. Recently they updated their food menu and it’s now really good! The pretzel sticks are fantastic, so are their chili cheese dogs. This location is always busy, but the Ownership and Management understand this and keep it staffed very well. I have never had to wait a long time for my order. The staff are always polite, and the food is constantly good. I recommend this location if you are in the area.

We like this place but be careful, more than a few times during the summer you get ice cream that’s made before you get to the window and it melts. It’s better to order inside, so you’re not being held up by a food order or two in front of you. We even saw an ice cream cone in the lineup of ice creams waiting for the window that was already dripping.

The employees are pretty quick and well staffed, as this is a busy location .. that said, it definitely is time for a new bigger machine or the cold setting turned up.. there ice cream is usually just frozen enough to be ice cream but usually has a frosty consistency and if I had them put the blizzard up side down I would probably be there all day watching ice cream fall out the cup.

Been here a few times now and it’s always the same. Six pack of employees maybe one or two customers and the wait to get an ice cream cone is always pushing 15-20mins. I would understand if the place was packed Cold Stone it is moving forward

I walked in and and other customers and stood at counter 5 minutes after saying hello. Then ordered caramel fudge blizzard and not served unside down. I asked for coupon stating next one is on us, he said i can make you another one and i asked again for next one free coupon he did not understand. Bad service.

Ordered two ice creams through the drive through had to ask for a second spoon because the first spoon was placed on the counter before given to us. Went to eat my ice cream stirred it around and found several hairs in my ice cream. Was a waste of money, very disappointed this location used to be good but not so much any more apparently. Probably never come back to this location sadly.
