I came in and unfortunately had to leave before even placing an order. I waited 10 minutes and saw 4 workers and not one looked up or seemed to want to take anyone’s orders. There were a couple waiting in front of me. One lady just had her back turned the entire time and proceeded to clean and do whatever she was doing (anything besides helping the assisting customers). One person came to the FOH from behind the doors, looked around, and then went back inside the doors. It was really sad that nobody seemed to care about customers waiting to get an ice cream.

Judging from the amount of grime, this location is not cleaned every day and is definitely in need of a deep clean. The floor had crumbs as we walked in, which is normal for a busy day, but it was kind of everywhere. The cash register area was grimy (condiment containers had mustard and dirty smudges, napkin dispenser was dusty, ledge on front of register was full of dust and crumbs (pic)). The cake freezer glass was dirty with dried ice cream spills and fingerprints and the bottom vents were very dusty (pic). Tables and chairs were clean, but the rest was really dirty.

I ordered the Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard along with some food. The cashier didn’t ask what size I wanted and just assumed I wanted a large. Then while we were waiting for our ice cream I noticed a sign that said if it isn’t served upside down the next one is free. The employee wasn’t flipping any of the blizzards upside down. When our ice cream was ready the employee didn’t flip it upside down. I said your sign says if you don’t flip the ice cream then it’s free. The employee said well that’s because you got a blizzard with fudge in it and if I flip it then it will make a mess. I said well I got the cake batter cookie dough blizzard and that is what your sign says. The employee just walked away and didn’t do anything.

I’ve been to this place a few times and never had any complaints. Today I went and there were A MILLION employees in the store- none of them doing anything aside from maybe 3. I ordered a blizzard, shake and a cone. One of the ladies in the back dispensed my cone before anything else had been made- walked around with it in her hands while employees rushed by her- she then set it down on the counter next to a dusty box that was labeled spoons. 2 minutes later they call my name, hand me my items and the lady laughs and goes “oh it’s already melted!”

My boyfriend went here to surprise me with a chocolate ice cream cone. He order it and a blizzard for himself. When his order was ready the guy gave him a chocolate dipped cone. My boyfriend said I didn’t order this I ordered chocolate ice cream. He the young worker said there’s a sign that says no chocolate ice cream. Are you Kidding Me!! So instead of telling the customer we don’t have chocolate ice cream you give him a chocolate dipped cone. Seriously this is Ridiculous!! This kid needs to use his verbal skills and tell customers I’m sorry we don’t have chocolate ice cream. We are not mind readers and if we do t see your sign you don’t just give me a dipped cone. This was awful not happy with this store. Teach your young employees to talk to customers not put signs up
