I ordered 3 blizzards asked for them to be packaged well because I had a 17 min drive with them. When I got up to the window at the drive thru I witnessed the employee taking our blizzards out of the freezer and started giving me them without lids…I asked again for lids (now for sure, knowing they arent as fresh as they shouldve been) then she took forever to get them sealed in lids and handed them to me in a cup holder….not upside down(probably because it had been tooooo long)….so frustrating

Service was great but when there are ice crystals in the ice cream, the crunch really spoils it. I just put my cone on the counter and walked out. Only way that happens is when they are “cutting” the mix with milk or it’s been kept in the machine over night. Save a penny, lose a customer.

Placed an online order went to pick up.suprisingly no order revieved but they chsrged my bank account.manager is young and inexperinced who didnt care we were charged for theyer food and said there was nothing she would do to solve it until owner came in..a manager that is willing to lose customers when we have proof we paid for the order shouldnt be a manager because its bad business.sorry but i rate at below 1 star and will never go back or suggest anyone order from them online.
