Food looked and tasted great! Also a plus that my blizzard wasn’t overflowing like it does at some locations. Only downside was that the young woman taking the orders in the drive-thru had a bit of an attitude with me. Interrupted me mid-order and seemed wholly displeased that I bothered to eat there today. I know people have bad days, so I won’t be docking a star for that, but I wish she had been a little nicer!

Took my kids for lunch after wrestling all morning. They ate all their lunch and what little bit I tried tasted really good. The guy at the counter was even great enough to let them get their ice cream after they ate their meal. Definitely good food and probably beat DQ I’ve tried in a long time.

We had an incredible experience with these guys. My wife ordered a cake from them and asked that they make it Encanto colors. They went above and beyond hand decorating the cake. I would highly recommend them. The food is good and the service is even better!

They took 25 minutes to complete our order, and still messed it up. They gave us the wrong burgers, and didn’t make them plain despite it being listed on the recite. When we re quested them to fix this they just scraped it off badly. I have an allergy to one of the things on the burger that I request removed and when explaining this they told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes and wouldn’t even provide a refund for their mistake.

Great service and still really good food at the east side dairy queen. I just want to say there needs to be some quality control. No reason I should be paying over $16 for 4 piece chicken strip basket and some ice cream on the side, only to get 4 tenders that are literally 3 inches long and maybe half a scoop of fries from the fryer lol, im well aware how expensive DQ can be but atleast feed me a decent amount for what I’m paying for lol other than this the staff are great!
