I’m so disappointed I used to love Dairy Queen’s now I don’t know if I will ever go back, out of all the places to grab something to eat a famous Dairy Queen blizzard sounded amazing and I also ordered a chicken sandwich and a large order of fries. The blizzard came it wasn’t a blizzard it was a cup of soup, the fries were so stale they tasted like they were made hours before I ordered then they were brought to me, just nasty luke warm, I couldn’t eat more then a few, the chicken sandwich was the least disappointing thing and it had old gray brown lettuce and a shriveled tomato. And now I feel sick. The soup blizzard was running down the sides of the cup so bad when I took the lid off it came gushing out it slipped from my hand and went all over my kitchen. I will say the supervisor on duty did try to make it better with my next visit he apologized for my experience but honestly I don’t think I’ll ever go back, my stomach hurts I feel like I’m going to throw it back up and that restaurant really needs to get it together! From now on I’ll send my money through a shredder before I go back to any Dairy Queen.

I went here for lunch in the drive through at 2:00 and I was the only one there other than two people inside. I got the $7 meal deal and upgraded to a blizzard. I they gave me my food and they mixed up my Oreo blizzard with a caramel sundae. But they corrected it quickly and they were finally not half melted. Then I realized they didn’t give me my drink. So I went inside and stood at the front counter for about 5 min and there was no-one there. Someone eventually came up to the counter and I got my drink. Somehow this is the only Dairy Queen that can mess up gravy, it was cold and stiff like jello. I’ve been here multiple times and only had one perfect experience the rest were exceptional enough not to write a bad review. All these things added together made for a really bad experience today and I would recommend you stay away from this location.

I paid 6 dollars and some change for a small cup of vanilla ice cream am it was supposed to be a medium oreo blizzard there was a couple broken up large pieces of cookies and the rest was vanilla ice cream I will definitely not go to DQ again haven’t been since I was a kid not a fan of McDonald’s but at least wen you order a icream from them you no the toping you asked for pretty sade you haven’t been open that long and this place is always dead should have known better than to stop

Couldn’t tell u about the food. Never got any. No worker showed up at the counter. It was around 2 pm and there were 2 people (an elderly couple in the dining room eating). The lady got up and walked to the ordering counter in front of us. We all stood there for over 10 minutes. She repeatedly called out “HELLO!” five times, during the 10 minutes, shrugged her shoulders eventually an went back to her seat. We stood there longer and then decided to leave since apparently the workers were on break or doing something more important than being there for their customers. We should have helped ourselves to frozen treats or a cake in the freezers and left, I know none of the workers would have even known, just the couple that was there eating.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a parfait. However, when I got to the window, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so I asked for a peanut butter Sundae instead even though it was already made, and the assistant manager was extremely helpful and made my Sundae instead, will definitely go back again!

The food is not very good and the service wasn’t either. The woman at the window was quite rude. We were the only people in the drive thru and their parking lot was pretty empty, but took them 15 minutes to get us one sandwich, a regular onion ring, and a blizzard. We are very disappointed.
