I probably won’t come back here. I ordered three items that were on the menu and got told I couldn’t have any of them. They don’t have rotisserie bites. When I ordered large blizzards, the lady said “I can do medium” and when I asked for a three piece chicken strip, she said “I can do two.” Apparently, a restaurant that serves almost exclusively chicken strips cannot hand you three chicken strips. Only two or six. Just can’t be done.

I’ve been here about ten times. You just can’t pay enough for a good meal here. I spent $87.50 getting dinner for the family. Consistent with my other times here, the fried food was lukewarm and soggy, and only about half the Blizzard had any of the topping in it. After I paid, I asked for ranch dressing for the chicken meals I got. They told me that would be another $1.50. It’s basically gas station quality food at 5x the price. I’ve done this enough to learn my lesson.

Just stopped in for 2 ice cream cones after waiting 20 minutes behind just one vehicle the service was awful and the employees full of attitude. Little miss attitude in the drive through window clearly doesn’t care about doing a good job or customer experience… I won’t be back

The workers were very impolite and neglectful. There was many people working but none of them seemed interested in taking our order. After our order was finally placed, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. Then they forgot to give us our ice cream. After we waited fifteen minutes for our ice cream, they didn’t even get us what we ordered so we had to wait even longer for them to correct it.

Sent my husband to get us Large Blizzards yesterday. Asked for extra Oreo and got almost no Oreo in the blizzard yet still got charged for extra… If I ask for extra of something and I pay for it, I should most certainly get it how I ordered it! Stop being stingy with toppings! Especially when people pay the extra buck

We arrived at 8:20pm. Ordered a mini blizzard, sundae, and cone. After 40 minutes of waiting and all the other tables getting their orders we asked for a refund. No apologies out of the employees. You guys need to find a manager that knows what they are doing and find employees that actually know what the heck customer service is. We will be sticking with Arctic Circle from here on out. Both the prices and service far exceed yours.

We waited in line for almost 40 minutes, ordered 2 blizzards and 2 dipped cones, we didn’t mind the wait as there is always a wait here. However the blizzards were runny and they didn’t put them upside down when I asked the girl why they were so runny and to remake them she said it would be about 20 minutes and stated that they didn’t tip them upside down anymore. Whatever the kids are them regardless, however the dipped cones got thrown away as the cherry shell they dipped them in was super thin, and looked like it had other stuff in it (almost blotchy) it was gross and I really just did not want to fight with them about it.

Food quality and service just not good anymore. I ordered a chicken strip basket and toast wasn’t even toasted and barely had any butter on it. Also ordered cheese curds and the cheese was still frozen and cold. DQ needs to do something and make sure their quality is good.

I went to Jerome High School to see my niece in the Newsies musical, and we went to Dairy Queen afterwards, and the restaurant stayed open late to accommodate the cast. They could have told them no when they called. It was a long wait for the food, but there was a lot of people to serve. My niece ate a Blizzard, and I ate a good bacon cheeseburger.
