Super disappointed with this DQ’s service. Despite the hours for the lobby being posted on the building, I was refused service 25 minutes before posted time. Manager claims that there is no way she can even take my order. Good thing Sonic is right next door.

To the young lady in the drive threw. To not be confused with anyone else, the one with the piercings and the bad attitude. We asked for fry sauce and salt and pepper. Right after you were asked for fry sauce you slammed the window. When you came back you were asked for salt and pepper, your exact response was “sorry we don’t offer that”. Had to go in to get our food and wouldn’t you know salt and pepper. Next time instead of lying, try sorry I’m to lazy to go and get that for you. Management I’d try a customer service class.

This is what I get for going to 12th and not the Blvd. The difference in staff is night and day. They are so damn rude over the intercom. Always! Tonight was extra special though. It was 15min til close, so they just wanted to get rid of us. Only filled one blizzard hallway. Almost no fudge on the sundae ordered. The kicker was the dark chin hair I found in the sundae Absolutely disgusting!

It’s really sad when I order 3 blizzards and all 3 of us (the adults) have to put our blizzards into a bowl and find that all the fixings are on top, instead of mixing them like they should be mixed. And all 3 of us have to mix our blizzards ourselves.

They seem annoyed with me when I order and were not genuin, I ordered through the drive threw but I wait for 30+ minutes my ice cream was melted then I go in and their even more annoyed I asked then when my food would be ready and they told me the fryer broke right after I ordered and they didn’t know when it would be back up, they said this like they were mad at me, I understand when things brake but not telling the customer as their waiting and ignoring them is unacceptable, I was taking food to my friend. Luckily they refunded me but you need to rethink your customer service. This is my favorite place and I am not going to order there anytime soon.

Our experience on this visit was laughable. There were three of us during this visit to Dairy Queen. We went with ice cream in mind, but once we were there two of us wanted something to eat with our ice cream. We ordered separately. I ordered a fry and the other person ordered a burger. All three of us ordered ice cream. When the order came they had put her Burger on my fry as if it was one order. When I took the order back to explain to them that they got the order wrong, I was told no they haven’t got the order wrong that was her burger and my fry. I asked them why in the world they would put somebody else’s Burger on my fry…. I briefly got a blank stare and then was told again that all that we ordered was there. I explained to them that the young lady had ordered a burger and apparently they gave fries to her with her burger and that I was missing my fries because I did not order a burger. The young man seemed shocked that I would point out that separate orders should have been served separately. He cast the blame on the workers in the kitchen and seemed to not know how to make it right. Reluctantly he went back to the kitchen and ordered my fries when I insisted I get my own fries.

We took my children there on Friday night and they screwed up our whole order. My daughter could not eat her meal because she’s a allergic to the mustard that was on. Her hamburger when we told them no mustard. My husband’s hamburger was the total wrong hamburger and they messed up my son’s also. But when you call them 18 Times and they don’t answer so you leave a message they don’t answer. Then you send the website an email. They don’t answer. And they never get back to you I’m never going there again there unprofessional and shouldn’t be open.

Love the ice cream options. The food is pretty good. I don’t like to eat in the restaurant because it’s usually pretty messy; the floor is always sticky and the condiment stand a mess. Drive through or to go orders are totally worth it though.

Waited 20 plus minutes to have my food delivered the lady next me was waiting before I even ordered my food. Went inside asked for refund and they dragged there feet again. Simply left my drinks and walked out they can keep my 20 as a remainder to not come back for being ripped off

We originally went in to get Blizzards, but ended up getting a fish sandwich and fries also. The counter person was very bubbly and efficient. The food was hot and very tasty.
