By far my favorite location as well as favorite out ot choices to grab a quick bite to eat at. Menu choices to cover both kids and adults taste buds. Obviously the ice cream cakes are a tradition when it comes to celebrating birthdays in our family. The blizzard are always turn upside-down-able and served with a smile. This last visit thru, the team work really stood out to me. Clearly one of the employees was newer then the others, but was calm and there was another employee who knew how to answer right there stepping in to help (yet not over stepping and feel bad was very respectful) it was nice to see. Good job whom ever is training them!

I am so amazed at how bad the service is, it’s quite amusing actually. Three incorrect burgers, two incorrect milkshakes, and 30 minutes later, we finally got our food. Good thing their milkshakes are bomb! Go expecting to wait and correct them quite a few times.

One staff member was incredibly entergetic. I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name, what he said. He was leading the whole crew.. wasn’t impressed with the other two I saw. They were not helping him and very very slow. Food was SO SO good. Thank you guys for your work you do!

Love the treats. Food’s okay. But I will never dine in the store again. I have no appreciation for a business that allows the teens working there to run rampant with their foul, obscene dialogs, especially with customers in the store. This is supposed to be a family friendly franchise. I would never come back if my family were exposed to the garbage I heard in the store. And I feel for anyone that might work there that doesn’t want to hear it either. They just have to put up with immature and inconsiderate filth flowing from these kids. The manager should be fired for allowing this to go on.
