First time in this location and we were impressed by the service, ambience, and cleanliness of this place!

The chicken basket with gravy is similar to a small chicken fried steak. It’s delightful on a cold day. My kids especially love the cable TV selection of motocross

The manager on duty was horrendous.

Yesterday I went with my children to eat ice cream, and I definitely loved it!! the place was clean, the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, in less than 5 minutes we had our ice creams on the table. Monica, who works there, was extremely kind and worried that we had everything we needed, it was a very pleasant experience. It is definitely one of the places I will return to.

Thank you so much to whoever was making the cakes today! I put in a request for text and a cake and the fact that you went above and beyond and found the most perfect image to go with the text has totally made my day! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

I can’t say enough bad about this restaurant from the exceedingly slow service to the lack of care by the too young employees. But, perhaps the biggest confusion for me is how a nationally branded ice cream store is CONSTANTLY out of chocolate ice cream. At least 4 times in the last 6-8 months we have gone and been unable to get chocolate ice cream. This isn’t a one time surge that couldn’t have been foreseen, but rather an apparently accepted (and horrible) business practice. Despite being a Vineyard resident invested in the development and success of local businesses, l will literally drive from my house in Vineyard all the way East Orem at 800 N or to Culver’s to avoid this place.

Dairy Queen is not my favorite, especially this location. My wife and I got a chicken tenders box to share and it wasn’t even hot when we got it, just kind of warm, and the quality isn’t great. I would prefer chicken tenders from literally anywhere else. My brother in law got a burger, and he said that was mediocre too. And the ice cream/blizzards are just okay. Nothing is bad here, but it’s just all mediocre.

The indoor ordering takes forever. It took 45 minutes to receive my 2 blizzards. No rhyme or reason to the order they serve you in after you pay. Not sure what the process is here. I like the food but not enough to take 45 minutes out of my day. The 85 cent blizzard coupon was enough to get me to come out but I don’t think I want to go back after waiting that long

I’ve had some bad experiences at this location, but I keep going back because of the location and the Blizzard. They make a mean shake! The new muddy buddy one is sublime, but my favorite is chocolate ice cream with Oreo and peanut butter. You should try it!

Just stopped by for a blizzard in the drive-thru. It was earlier than the busy time so the wait was reasonable. A nice treat on a hot day.
