Went shortly after opening (about 11am). 2 people were smoking on a bench at the start of the drive thru line, too close to the building. I was served old, squishy fries, and I hate to imagine they might have been leftovers from the night before. The cherry slushee float was off as well. Instead of slush, it was like a carbonated cherry syrup; perhaps the slush wasn’t properly frozen yet. Disappointing experience.

Went through drive-thru ordered some shakes. The young females took our payment. But gave the dirtiest looks at us! Once it was time to give us our order they had a young man give it to us. And he seemed afraid to hand us our shakes. Maybe it was because we were Hispanic? Do better be better we’re all human!

I drive for DoorDash. I came up to the counter. There was a long line. I waited until he was finished with his current customer and asked for the two orders I was delivering. Not only was he rude about standing at the wrong side of the counter (the sign was opposite the large line from me so I didn’t see it), but he proceeded to loudly tell the next customer in line how much he hate DoorDash and the dashers. It was incredibly awkward for myself and the woman next in line. I only gave 2 stars because everyone else working there was super nice and helpful.

Came in and bought a small cheesecake royal, I was standing next to the trash can so a group could come up and order all their food. As I was standing there talking to my friend we saw a female employee walking around with a blizzard in her hand we asked what number she was looking for and it happened to be mine, so she walked over and set my ice cream and spoon right down on the trash can and takes my number tag. Seriously why would you put someone’s food and utensils on a trash can?????? Very disappointing and very unsanitary I would hope that these guys get taught some sort of safety food and sanitary but apparently not.

Whenever I go to a dairy queen I get the same thing, the sauced and tossed chicken fingers. They toss the fingers in a honey BBQ sauce. They usually don’t put quite enough on so I get a side of the sauce. This is the only location that would not give me a side of sauce. I’m under the impression that if I spend 30+ on food, that I would be able to get one small cup of sauce..?

Don’t be like me. I let the fact that this restaurant is in the same building as a gas station keep me from trying this long time favorite. Until now gas station restaurants had not proven to be a good combination. Fortunately I took the words of the reviewers and gave it a chance. My wife picked my order up in the drive thru. We live about 5 minutes away. When she returned home with my order… everything was exactly as I had requested and even the fries were still warm. The onion rings were perfectly fried. The chicken strips were very tender, not dried out at all. Six strips all equal in length and delicious. The gravy was perfect. I ordered extra gravy and extra toast. The toast was good but in a normal way. I ordered a strawberry shake. It was very good.
