Sadly I had to change my rating and 2 was generous. The girl working was absolutely miserable. The soda machine was broken and when we asked for ice (as the one in the lobby didn’t have any) she sighed and rolled her eyes. The fries were under cooked. The burger was waaaay over cooked ( especially after they microwaved it). Every poster was ripped and scotch taped up and together. Food under every table, sticky dried soda ( so it has been there awhile) in several large spots in the dining room. Sadly I will never go back dirty, depressing, disgusting.

Dairy Queen has always been one of my favorite restaurants, they have really good food, a little pricy, but worth it imo. The chicken strip basket is my favorite item, but the rest is good too.

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had. Food is way overpriced for something that you could get cheaper at McDonalds (and actually warm). Food takes FOREVER when there’s barely anyone in the restaurant. None of the food was cooked well, and a family got their ice cream before us after we asked where ours was. Won’t return. Let Dairy Queen die as a brand

That is a 6 piece without ranch & no gravy which we ordered. It gets old excusing terrible work by saying they are underpaid fast food workers. Oh our blizzards were melted because it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. $27 not cool!

Waste of time and money. I ordered a mocha moo latte. It tastes horrible! I only took 3 sips, the taste is very bitter. It looks like no chocolate was blended just pure bitter coffee . I did not go through DT again because I had already waited 20+ minutes and lobby was already close. Please do not serve your product like this!

We went here tonight and the line was moving so slow we almost left. We decided it was our best option for food and dessert. We were told immediately that the kitchen was closed. And they were out of most things. When we finally got to the window we figured out why. There were 5 employees, and only one was working. She was so cute and we are so grateful to her. However, the dessert took so long and was missing a lot of things because she was scrambling with orders whilst everyone else were on their phones.

Giving this place 1 star is being too damn generous. I wish I could give this place negative stars. This was my first time ever going to DQ. We went through the drive through and ordered a couple of meals, sides and blizzards. First of all, the price they’re charging people for their mediocre food and terrible service is absolutely asinine! Corporate needs to reevaluate thier prices! When we got to the window, we immediately had to tell the employee to remake our blizzards since they got the orders wrong. We finally got the food and I checked all the contents and found that they had gotten our burger orders wrong and of course there were no napkins in the bag. Beyond Irritated at this point, I went to the lobby to have Tanner remake my entire order since I wanted to have all my items correct, hot, and fresh. It took him over 10 mins to come out with my remade order. I asked him to remake our blizzards since they’d probably be too melty at this point and he said he couldn’t do that. Of course not When we started driving off, I realized they forgot to include one of my side items. I called the store asking for a refund on the item, the guy said he couldn’t do that and that I’d have to call Mike, the general manager the next day. How convenient. I called corporate instead. I forgot to mention, when I was in the lobby, there were about 5 kids standing around not doing anything – the tables, floors needed attention. The place is disgusting and filthy, especiallybehind the counter. The kids who work here are completely incompetent and need better training and listening skills cuz clearly they don’t know how to take orders. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this abomination down yet! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Needless to say, I will never be back.

Placed an order through DoorDash. When it arrived, nothing in my order was correct. Got the wrong flavor of blizzard, there were no dipping sauces for the chicken strips, no dressing for the salad, they must’ve been out of shredded cheese for the salad because they substituted sliced cheese (ew!), the tomatoes were rotten, and there were no utensils. I wouldn’t normally complain about missing sauces, dressings, and utensils if I was at my own house, but I’m not (which is why I used DoorDash to get food). I will never order from this location ever again if I’m in the area. Completely disappointed.

I would blame poor ownership and management on the experiences we’ve had. 3 out of 4 times we’ve been they haven’t been serving food. We decided to try one more time, they had food this time but limited selection being out of hamburger patties. After we ordered there were a lot of customers waiting in line not being helped or informed that there would be a wait. Wait for food was over 30 minutes. Multiple employees on their phones, this is dinner time on a Friday. Very understaffed.

I went this morning 10mins before. Not only was the manager coming from the back smoking, it wasn’t 25 feet from the building because there’s a sign on the front door. And I can’t say that was a manager or not but she had a lot of keys and in a red expedition I think.
