It a good Dairy Queen. There used to be one in logan Utah but didn’t last long it is a competitive market. I love the flame thrower burger, and my kids like the chicken strip baskets. And their blizzards are a good treat.

The husband enjoyed his cheese curds but I thought my chicken sandwich and fries (#12) was rather tasteless. No salt on fries and the sandwich, although hot, could have been so much better. Maybe pickles would help with flavor lol . Asked for a ranch and was told I’d have to be charged extra. Oh well

I ordered a large fry and a 2 piece chicken strip for $9 and I got fry’s that had blue green coloring almost like mold! They tasted funny so I looked at them and in disbelief I saw what looked like mold. I lifted up a chicken strip and there was sauce in the bottom! I didn’t order any sauce or ask for any sauce. The box looks like it was already used and just thrown into an order. It was the most repulsing meal I’ve ever purchased. I even tried calling twice to get my refund and no answer. Way too overpriced, cold, nasty food that was probably straight off someone else’s tray.

Always excellent food! Their service is truly terrible occasionally, it’s like a Russian roulette pulling into the drive thru, but the burgers are consistently amazing even as other brands drop quality. The blizzards continue to be amazing: I recommend chocolate ice cream with Oreos and peanut butter!

Terrible experience last night. We stopped by here for ice-cream for the kiddos on our way into SLC. It was about 15 minutes before they closed. We pull up to place our order and an automated message says they are closed. To which someone replies, “no we aren’t.” The employee taking our drive-thru order was Alexandra. She laughed at each item we ordered. We get to the window and she’s still laughing. I asked if she was okay, she said, “yeah but you’ve literally ordered the hardest things to make, like this brownie cupfection.” As soon as she turned around, it was already made by someone else. Meanwhile she continues to act like a 15 year old on their first date, giggling nonstop. She handed us our food and turned the blizzard upside down and held it there for an excessive amount of time. While I had my hand out to take it. Terrible experience because of one unprofessional employee.

The only Dairy Queen in the country that won’t give you any sauce with your fries and onion rings. You have to pay .69 cents per pack. Literally every other one gives you one courtesy pack with each large fry and onion ring. Unbelievable.

I go to dairy queen because I love their ice cream. Every time I go to this particular dairy queen the service takes an unreasonably long time to fulfill my order. It isn’t uncommon to be in the drive through with 2 other cars and wait 20 minutes for a milkshake.

They were really fast today. Also the cashier (Alexandria?) was super friendly. The place was packed, but that didn’t slow down the staff at all!

Cashier couldn’t speak English and screwed up my order twice. Why are you staffing foreigners who can’t speak English? Seriously. That may fly in California or Arizona but not in Utah. That’s unacceptable.

Absolutely the WORST burgers (2) that we’ve had. It was more of a 1/3 lb double cheese hockey puck than burger and unfortunately we got it to go so we didn’t find out until 5 miles down the road. Dry and totally burned crispy on the edges. I highly suggest that you do NOT get a burger there if you want to keep your teeth. It will shine the though from the burnt charcoal ends the burger was also completely squished flat in the bag so maybe someone was extremely angry to the burger before they gave it to us.
