Worst DQ ever been to. Bad experience in October, thought it could just be a fluke. Stopped in on our way back north. Won’t happen again. Got the 6 piece chicken basket. Only a small amount of fries, the chicken strips were the size of my little finger and like shoe leather. Bought 2 mini blizzards, had them remake because they were like milk. The next ones were the same. Definitely not D Q standards

We paid for large shakes and got mediums, when we tried to call to let them know, they would answer the phone and immediately hang up and never say anything. We also asked for no ice in one of our drinks and when we got it, it had ice. When I told the window guy I was met with attitude as if it was my fault.

Ordered 5 turtle pecan cluster blizzards. No pecans in the things. They put peanuts in them. Are you out of pecans or do you need to train your employees that peanuts are not pecans. No caramel cluster pieces like the have in Illinois.

I came here with my Father and bought dinner. Their sandwiches are very good. They do have gluten and diary ice cream in their freezer. I discovered I was allergic of them because there are ingredients in each carton that I am allergic of them. This doesn’t mean I quit coming here because I won’t. Enjoyed the service!!!!

Slloooooooooow. More than a 20 minute wait for two chicken strip meals. I don’t think they had to pluck the chicken, so I’m bewildered with the delay. But I guess our consolation is it was equal opportunity suffering as all customers were waiting forever for food.

Frequently out of key items and sauces. For the cost of the meal it is not acceptable to get only part of the order after payment because they have no bread for the toast and no ranch. Quantity of fries is nowhere near advertised and are chronically undercooked. We have given them numerous chances and unfortunately they have fallen into the same low category as every other fast food restaurant in the area. I have also experienced numerous times where they claim to be out of ice cream and on one visit I was denied ordering a blizzard because “We don’t have anyone on shift to make one”. Sad to see another restaurant flop in town.
