I don’t think I have ever written a formal negative review in my life and try be understanding because mistakes happen but not this time. One missing blizzard, one melted blizzard, and one overall rude attitude towards us. The missing snickers blizzard was mistakenly taken by a customer off the counter. The melted take 5 blizzard was taken off the counter as we inquired about the snickers one that had gone missing. Naturally, I assumed they were remaking the take 5 because we were both standing right there inquiring about the snickers as the melted take 5 eas taken away. They remade the snickers and we had to tell them to remake the take 5 one. One worker said, “yeah, that had been up there a while.” Acknowledging that at least one worker knew it was melting up there.

foods usually fine. we like the frozen hot chocolate but they put basically none of the chocolate syrup and we went to go get one tonight and they closed 10 minutes early. we aren’t usually the people to show up 10 minutes before close but we had been craving them all day

Been coming through every day for the past week at night for a blizzard, which are 8/10 so I can’t knock them too bad. I always ask for extra toppings in my blizzard which I’m totally cool paying for but never get them so that’s frustrating. But every I’ve gone in they don’t flip the blizzards and I’m left with the answer of I’m just tired” and “I couldn’t flip that one” and tonight I go in to order and there’s someone in the back in street clothes, long hair with no net, and wearing a backpack behind the prep station making food. I love the blizzards but if you can’t stand by your policy or fulfill a customer request is sad. Also a zonk that the owner does nothing to right these negative reviews and basically just says “sorry, come back again”

Went to Dairy Queen on Dixie Dr. for lunch. There were a few cars in the drive through so I went inside to eat. I won’t make that mistake again. I was the only customer eating inside. All the tables were dirty and in need of a good wash. Food on the floor. They looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. And flies buzzing around my head. I felt like I needed a shower just from being inside.

We used to come to this place all the time, till today. Not going to visit this place anymore. We literally ordered 2 ice creams and waited nearly 28 minutes for them. My issue is not the time, is the attitude of the blonde older lady that was at the window. She literally was avoiding us, sitting comfortably and staring in the void, while our ice creams were sitting in the counter melting! What did she wait for? God knows, probably her shift to be done, judging from her attitude. When she finally handed us the ice creams, they were melted and one of them didn’t even have a tissue/ cone protector. Not even an apology. Such bad customer service! Avoid.

Okay look, I get it, it’s just a dairy queen. I was in high school once at a part time job, I didn’t love it either. So I write this because I don’t think it hurts to improve and try to be a good employee lol. And i live close to this location and would like to want to come here again. I walk in, no one is there, all I wanted was a blizzard. Two girls behind a counter are talking and one immediately says, “I’m not getting that.” And then they bicker back and forth saying they don’t want to help me (which I can hear everything and make eye contact with them. They are like 2 yards away from me). Finally they do rock paper scissors??? And then one of them came to help. She was nice, made it clear she gets off in 3 minutes and was very ready to leave. I Get my blizzard, which was super melty but I’m not about to make them do a flip test after all that. I just wanted to leave. Service-0/5. At least the blizzard tasted good lol.

Mediocre service, with food that’s below the standard of other Dairy Queen restaurants. They give small cones, small, runny, blizzards (no above the rim shakes here, and no turning their blizzards upside down), and the employees act like they don’t want to be there. When there’s an issue, the managers also act like they don’t want to be there either. The attitude and service issues go from the top down, unfortunately.
