Pretty good food. But the customer service was amazing. There hours are a little weird, but I think it’s worth it when you eat the awesome blizzard. I love coming to this place with my date or with friends and grabbing this and the chicken tender box and going home. Definitely a good place to stop by quick!

Grill is closed before 8pm on a Saturday night. Not very friendly. There was stuff all over our cups when we get them through the drive through. The frozen hot chocolate barely had flavor also.

Be careful when you order a hot fudge sundae—-they don’t follow the standard—-the general standard of a hot fudge sundae is nuts on top, and with a cherry on top as well, without asking it’s just a standard.

One of the worst ran establishments I’ve ever went to. Easily the slowest as well, and for that wait. The food was awful. Might have ruined DQ for me in general, didn’t flip my blizzard either but I dont even care about that.

We were shopping in Lins and decided to grab an ice cream cone. We went to order and the boys working there told us they were closed on the inside but we could go to the drive through. When I asked them what time they close the inside they said “10pm” I looked at the clock and it was 9:45. They then said “or at about 10” So we jumped in the car and went through the drive through only to find out they weren’t serving ice cream anymore for the day. This happens frequently! Super lame.

I ordered a Reese’s blizzard with extra PB and I received the saddest excuse ever for one. There was maybe one Reese’s blended up in it and not a hint of extra PB. I’m essentially eating glorified soft serve ice cream but being charged for way more. Not cool. Won’t be returning. Do better DQ

Dinning area was filthy! Guy at the front counter acted miserable and literally couldn’t care less about what he was doing. Dropped $60 plus dollars and the ice cream order was wrong, and the hot food was sub standard.

This place is a joke. We called for inside hours… got there in plenty of time but only drive thru open… we had 8 orders..2 of which we were taking home…. came out slowly so some were melting before we got them.
