The restaurant was dirty the 2 guys that were working were VERY SLOW!! the 1 guy in the back was very dumb he turned off the ice cream machine.. and I was in line. He told the other tall guy now lets clean it and pushed the button. It was a very loud noise. I’m very disappointed in this store. Alot of people walked out just cuz there was no ice cream.

Friendly service. This is my triple chocolate brownie which was delicious. But before that I had the #4 burger and fries. For a place that specialized in ice cream before ever serving reg. food, the burger was surprisingly pretty good and can easily compete with other quality fast food chains. I thought that because ice cream was their staple product, they wouldn’t care about how they made their burgers. I was very wrong.

i was charged twice on my card, their Registers weren’t working apparently. how it went was that i swiped my card and the register froze, they told me to do it again and i told them that the payment went through on my end, they told me no and to swipe again that i would get my money back, so i swiped again and charged me again. such an inconvenience because what was a 17$ meal ended up being like 30 something dollars. the manager was karen and she said i’d have my money back from the first swipe the same day.
