I’ll admit I’ve never had a bad experience at the dairy queen. The cheese curds were bomb, they accidentally gave me a free blizzard, and when I offered to pay they refused my payment. And I appreciate the heck out of that. And I like that their hamburgers just taste like a good old American cheeseburger. All in all Pleasant experience.

This place is awesome! The employees I dealt with were super polite, they accidentally gave me a medium Oreo blizzard with my meal which was actually the customer in line behind mine, and in my stupidity I took a couple bites of it and then realized I didn’t order a blizzard, offered to pay they said don’t worry about it that it was their bad, they’re extremely nice about it. Plus I got a free blizzard How can I complain? They do a great job here and it’s pretty busy when I’m there and they seem to get that drive through moving at a pretty quick pace. They do a good job there I would definitely recommend.

We had an outing with 12 of members from my job and 3 employees. The employees w were helpful, polite, and had the orders out before some were even done ordering. It was an all around great experience. I definitely recommend this dairy queen.

Very poor customer service. Came here once before with a coupon that allowed for a free royal treat with purchase of another and was able to get the royal blizzard. Tried it this time and all they said a royal blizzard is NOT a royal treat. We even said we had the coupon when ordering so that they wouldn’t get confused. Apparently, there is only one royal treat, so I have a coupon for a single menu item. That just doesn’t sound right to me.

literally the worst customer service i have ever experienced. ordered 2 blizzards, we waited for 25 minutes before asking if theyd be out soon. they told us they had messed our order up and would remake it. we waited for another 20 minutes. we were the only customers in there and still waited 45 minutes. after that amount of time we decided to get a refund and leave. i managed a dairy queen for 5 years and never would it have ever taken me or my employees more than 5 minutes to make 2 blizzards. i understand its fast food, i understand its minimum wage, but there needs to be some type of repercussions for these employees who dont do their jobs. if you dont want to do the work then dont go to work.

Horrible service, I showed up for an order 5 minutes after it was stopped to be ready.. and the order was not started. I canceled my order, but the kid marked it as competed instead. I order from here for convenience. Now, I’m looking for other options, It is worth the trouble.
