Don’t bother. Drive to the valley or Sedona, this location has zero customer service. The girl working the register with the Groucho Marx eyebrows is miserable, she struggles to comprehend what people are requesting, rolls her eyes when you speak with her, and when she finally gives you your order…it’s wrong.

I stop occasionally for my sweet tooth. I always ask gar a chocolate double malt, double hot fudge. The 1st was made with vanilla ice cream, no hot fudge and little malt. I asked for another although I felt bad holding up a line. She brought it and remained pleasant. At home I poured out and found chocolate ice cream, lots of white malty powder, but couldn’t see any fudge. I called the DQ and spoke with Liz,Mgr. Who was there. She said she made it by putting in the fudge with a little milk so ice cream wouldn’t melt, and she believes the malt powder didn’t mix well, which is fine. I don’t taste, or see double hot fudge. She wrote my name down for a free one next visit. I think I’ll ask to watch. Tastes very good though. TY

As far as Dairy Queens go, this one has a great cook staff that makes quality burgers, fresh and properly seasoned. The fries are hot and fresh. These managers should be proud of their staff, even on a Saturday afternoon the food is still on point.

I’ve been to this DQ (drive-thru) a few times in the afternoon and evening. The food is always fresh & hot, especially the fries. The employees get your order right and they are friendly. The wait time in the drive-thru isn’t too bad either.
