So we went there 4 days in a row and ordered chocolate shakes. Seems pretty simple. No, day 1 we had to request whipped cream. Day 2 requested whipped cream and was told they didn’t have any. Day 3 the shake came with a flat lid so no room for whipped cream. Day 4 the shake came in a super small blizzard cup and was told they ran out of regular cups and whipped cream. Tired of the excuses, going somewhere else.

If I could give them a -10 I would. Absolutely filthily. Will never step foot in this place again. Handling food with no gloves and then handling money. The Guy servicing us was disgusting. His pants were gross as was the work area. Even saw a roach on the counter. If we hadn’t already paid we would have walked out. I was so grossed out that I threw my blizzard away when I walked out. I’m sure they have never cleaned inside the ice cream machine

Used to love visiting DQ in LHC, but we won’t be back. The place is filthy inside and out and in disrepair. Some staff with unsecured long hair and no gloves, taking cash, then making desserts. We were grossed out and should have just left….fortunately, we had only ordered Blizzards and got out of there as fast as we could!!

The few times I’ve gotten food here it’s almost always one thing cold. First time was a lukewarm cheese burger the next time cold fries! Mind you I took a bite of the fries while I was still in the parking lot. Also no gloves worn when given an icecream cone and they said they don’t need gloves if they just touch the paper wrapping the cone! Seriously!? It’s so easy to accedentaly touch the cone. They don’t wash their hands after handling cash they just go straight to grabbing food and icecream.

I have been coming to this establishment for about 20 years, and getting blizzards in all different sizes even the Lg, yes it is a bit difficult, but not impossible to get the blender to mix EVERYTHING together esp. When paying for double candy charges $8 for a Med with Ex candy and it is still mediocre. I have never had this problem when Don Callaghan owned it, now under new management and they do not train their new employees to care for the customers needs, it is well of excuses I get from several different managers. I used to work here and the way how they put their goods out would never be tolerated when I worked there. The woman manager on duty sent somebody else to do her job, the man was kind but he even said that they have been getting a ton of complaints for the same reaosn. Well if itsa continual problem why arent they fixing it?! This is the 3rd time this has happened. I am so Done! I live on the Southside, but at this rate I would rather spend my $ at Culver’s who can MIX a decent Concrete Shake and to spend almost $10 there!
