The employees were very friendly, and quick with the orders. The problem was with the ice cream in my blizzard. They didn’t flip it upside down, but I wasn’t going to ask for it to be free. But then I realized the reason they didn’t do it – the ice cream was softer than it should have been, and it melted faster. they need to figure out what is going on with their machine.
