I’m a truck driver and I came here to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered a burger and just wanted bbq sauce on the side for said burger. I was informed that I had to pay .50 more.( I had no change on my whatsoever) Highly disappointed after I spent over $8 on my food that I’d have to pay more just for sauce. Doubt I’ll stop here for food again.

“Karen-type” cashier turned me down when I asked for extra napkins. She said “I already put them in there”. I had already looked in the bag and saw three napkins. I said “sure but I need a couple extra”. She said she can’t give me anymore than that, with a haughty holier than thou attitude, as if it brought her great pleasure to be in a position to turn someone’s request down.. So I said “interesting” and left. Never in my life has a simple request like that been turned down whenever I’ve asked that question before. She was also impatient with me when ordering. 0 score for rude customer service skills. Food was average. The irony is I still got my extra napkins anyways by walking 15 steps to the napkin dispenser in the adjoining truck stop convenience store.

Cashier was very rude ordered chicken strip basket with onion rings i asked for ranch for onion rings and was told all sauces except for ketchup was extra $0.53 per sauce cup and befor i could say anything else she turned away to serve another customer whom she gave a very large handful of ketchup packs to so what is the difference dont stop here if you want good service
