Ridiculously slow service. I’ve never gotten through the drive through faster than 15 minutes. Today took 34 minutes to get through the drive through with only 3 vehicles in front of me. The food/ice cream quality is decent so that justified 2 stars instead of 1 star.

We’ve stopped here several times on the trip between Las Vegas, NV and St. George, Utah. It’s the perfect mid-trip distance, and is always clean and welcoming. Standard DQ Grill fare, which we like on occasion. Their restrooms are “next door” in the attached convenience store, so it’s a convenient pit-stop in either sense.

We have a crew of 15 to 20 guys working here in Mesquite. I typically place and pick up the lunch order for everyone. It has been challenging to find a place that is okay with large orders like this. That being said this place has been great about it. Very friendly staff (especially Fran) that has done a great job taking and filling the order quickly, correctly, and without any complaints. Please keep it up!

The young man taking our order was surly and rude. There was no one beside us in line and he was rushing us. We ordered and sat down. A very lovely young woman cleaned our table and was very nice to us. We ordered burgers and onion rings. The onion rings were very good. The man that took our order forgot I ordered water. Later as the ketchup and mustard oozed out of our burgers all over our hands the rude young man was wiping off tables onto the floor and walked by us. I asked if their hamburgers always had that much ketchup and mustard on them. He said yes!

Ended up stopping to get gas and saw that this DQ was inside. Figured I’d stop and get a misty because I haven’t had one in years. The service here is fantastic. The man working at noon on 4/28 was doing the most. Making food, taking orders, running things to tables. Had to stop and acknowledge the good work! The misty is great, the grape one brings me back to childhood.

I would have given a 0 star or even lower than that. The worst store where customer service was worst. We stopped at this location for an icecream. I took an icecream sandwich from the freezer and gave it to my day to just hold it. My dad being new to the US didn’t know the rules and he just opened it. The lady at the counter/registry started yelling and annouced to the whole team in their kitchen in a very rude and harsh tone saying, “people here are just opening the icecream and eating without paying”. I was already in the line and was waiting for my turn to pay for the icecream and order few other items from the menu. When I confronted her saying it was rude on her part to just yell like that, she then went on saying that it was her job to tell that to my manager who is behind in the kitchen. She could have told that in a soft tone and handled in a different manner. All I could say was, she was being a racist and very arrogant.

The wait time is ridiculous. No one bothered to come out & explain that the equipment was broken while I sat & waited behind another customer fir close to 15 minutes. I called the store while in line & no one answered. Then I saw the guy paying for his order & then again wait. I called again & when they answered they said they were almost done. I’m in Mesquite NV & the current temp is 100 degrees w/high humidity. I’m in a car w/no AC. When the customer in front finally got his order & I pulled up to the window they explained the equipment is broken & it could be another 10 min. Rather than offering a rain check or SOMETHING, that was it. I suggested they could have asked the guy in front of me to move to the front of the store so I could leave. Send someone out to show some kind of customer service. I made the suggestion and the guy at the window said “you’re still here”…. I would have loved to have pulled him through the window. This store is in bad need of some customer service training. For now, I’ll try the other DQ in town.
