I couldn’t hear thru the drive thru at all. I was the only car. From the order time to drive was 21 minutes for an order for 2 people. They don’t let you know what is going on just goes away and shuts the door forgetting about our order. In addition, this store definitely need an adjustment on attitudes. Service is everything in business, and people should take proud of their business. Not this store. I am definitely not coming back to store to this location, which is sad.

Went through the drive-thru and experienced very rude employees. Lady taking my order couldn’t hear me so I was forced to raise my voice, but then she proceeded to get mad at me for raising my voice. Lady taking my card was also very rude, throwing me my card back to me and giving me dirty looks. If I spend $40 at a fast food restaurant, decent customer service is the minimum I expect.

Went through the drive thru it says it closes at 10:30pm. They could not answer any questions just wanted to be rude and kept cutting me off with any question I had saying have a good night have a good night what kind of establishment is this and who is allowing them to manage this way my employees would never be allowed to act this way and I own multiple businesses!

davidicus no last name. like Sting. Or Madonna. Or something like that.
Just avoid it. I was a big Dairy Queen fan, so I tried this location numerous times. Every single time was a mistake. Drive through is incomprehensible, and it always takes ten minutes. They get the order wrong, they leave items out, they can’t take cards, they’re always out of something (especially if it’s the promotion you showed up for at all), it’s always something. Take your business elsewhere, because this DQ is incompetent.

I think they prepare one item at a time per order. Like seriously slow. Definitely not “fast food”

Showed up at this doctor pick up an Uber eats orders and the crew was just standing around talking and had not even made the food yet very unprofessional and very dead store. They need to hire ppl that want to work and not Lil girls who just want to talk

Food was good but I sat in the back area and the employees thought we were gone and started talking loud and cussing all over the place talking about different races and drama and just loudly screaming about things. Made it very awkward. Although very amusing to hear their conversations.

I seem to be on a kick for cheese curds as of late. They have always been one of my favorite snacks, but lately I’ve been finding myself trying new options at various places to see how they stand up to each other. Trying options I’ve never considered before such as fast food. Before this the only fast food name I’d ever consider was A&W. There’s a wonderful location in Boulder City, for example. But I’ll save that review for another day. For now, we have Dairy Queen. Honestly, I never knew until today that they even had this on the menu. I’ll give it to him, they’re not bad at all. I still prefer A&W, but these are a close enough second I guess. One of the best options in town is the Blue Ox Tavern, but it would be difficult and unfair to compare this to that. So for now, I will give DQ second place for fast food cheese curds. The texture is well enough, the cheese tastes well enough. They were perfectly warm and the amount was pretty decent as well. I guess I have to continue trying new options and adding new reviews as I go. Any recommendations for a non-fast food cheese courage around town would be wonderful. I’ll do my best to try them all .
